I am thoroughly disgusted by the prices…

I am thoroughly disgusted by the prices this company charges for their pictures. My grandchildren had their photos taken, and their mother sent me the link. I compared this to my younger daughter’s photos and price list, as well as my nephew’s photos and price list, from three different companies. The price differences are staggering. The quality is far superior elsewhere, yet this company charges these outrageous prices because they know parents and grandparents will still pay for a picture of the young ones' school days.

This is a blatant rip-off—money-grabbing and unprofessional-looking photos. I could produce better pictures myself with just my iPhone.

Ridiculous Prices

Absolutely ridiculous prices for what you get. Would be better if a local amateur photographer could make a little hobby money while supporting the schools with a small donation to help them while also helping parents that are struggling still with the cost of living crises. Very wrong in this day and age to attempt such extortionate rates. They are primary school photos not a professional portfolio shoot for a modelling profile.

Ridiculously priced + more £'s to post

Ridiculously priced but I felt I needed to purchase as it was my daughters last nursery pictures before going to big school.
After asking for an extortionate price to print the pictures, they have the audacity to ask for £2.50 to deliver them.
I received my copies today and the smaller prints weren't even cut out properly!!
Thankfully I have a guillotine but that's besides the point, I shouldn't have to cut them myself, especially after paying so much. Disgraceful customer service.
I will be making sure to inform the schools that my children attend, not to use this company as I know myself and plenty of other parents will not buy the pictures.

Edit in response:
I contacted the photographer first and he expressed frustration in regards to the fact that the prices are down to yourselves and he also mentioned that he has been trying to work with you for more affordable packages and that you wouldn't work with him.
So, he's lying?

Pics4Schools does not take photographs of children.

Pics4Schools is a web hosting and print facility for school photography companies. If you have a concern over the quality of your image, you should speak with the photography company that took the photos.

In relation to your damaged prints, you were asked to send a photo showing the damage in order for us to re-print your order. Instead of doing this, you asked us to remove your child's photo's and this request was carried out as per your instruction.
