This is the story of a guy who says to himself, “Let’s let them work first, then at the last second, let’s hold their files hostage.”
All he has to do is make changes the user didn’t want and demand money in exchange for undoing them.
That way, the user will have worked for nothing, and the customer will be forced to pay to get their image back in its original, finished state.
That’s how these scumbags operate. That’s basically how they do business.

Uhm, what's going on.
I love Picsart so much, I basically use it for every image editing project, but I currently am experiencing a glitch where I make SUREEE that I am JUST using the eraser tool and it counts as pro. I was not using the automated eraser or the remove tool, just the manual eraser. That's the only problem there seems to be as of this moment.

Earn with Picsart Review: Pathetic Experience and Unresponsive Support
I'm really unhappy with Picsart's customer service. Whenever I have an error or need to reach out to the team, no one replies to my messages. I've sent multiple messages about an issue I had with their earn with piscart campaigns, but I've been waiting over a month without a response. This lack of communication is incredibly frustrating. Also, there was a campaign where I earned money by posting videos on Instagram, but after the cooling period of 20 days, all my earnings were revoked without any explanation. It feels like scammer behavior, and I didn't expect this from Picsart. They just want their promotions and fooling people.

Picsart took 59.99 from account renewal and I am not receiving the PRO they are charging me for.
I have reached out with 10 emails to Picsart and 5 hep centre form submissions and no one at helps.
I have contacted apple to request refund with 2 appeals and apple have denied even with proof that I am not getting service.
I now have to go to financial ombudsman and escalate this out of principle more then anything.
DONT USE THIS COMPANY, it's causing me so much stress just trying to get it sorted. dont let these cowboys put ou through all this stress.

I pay a monthly fee of $11 + every month and I have to do my projects in intervals because pic art tells me I have reached my limit. I love the app itself I have been using it be4 they started charging for it. I DO NOT LIKE WHO RUNS IT!!!! I HAVE NEVER HAD AN APP THAT I PAY FOR TELL ME HOW MUCH I CAN AND CAN'T USE OF IT.
