Horrible customer service
We bought an Enzo dining room closet at a very high price.
We paid a 20% deposit for delivery after months.
-The first delivery: they came 7 am and left after 15 minutes of not answering we had to reschedule after more than 2 weeks
-The second delivery: they told us it is scratched if you want us to return it tell us now so that we do not take it off of the truck we had to wait another 2 weeks
-The third delivery: we paid 140EUR for missing the first delivery.. after installation they told us the closet is wobbly because your floor is not level!!!!!!
It is damaged from the inside as if someone installed the hinge in a wrong place and removed it you can see it in the wood and the shelves are all missing!!!
My husband got them a water level and proved that the closet is faulty and when we were worried to accept the delivery if it cannot be fixed the customer service lady on the online was very aggressive and rude saying that we have to receive the closet and that we were not home the first time of delivery and we have to pay the extra 140 EUR which we never protested.
Eventually we were reassured by the delivery people that if the closet is faulty after the fixing appointment we will have the right to return it for a refund and we will wait another week for them to come fix the closet they sent faulty.
It is overall quite a horrible experience.

There were multiple failures with the new kitchen order - Order: 6 0554 060073. When finalizing the last 2 failures - missing lighting in 2 areas - [1] basin area [2] coffee area, the installation of the LED strips was not according to the request of the purchase order. The LED strips are provided by us and Piet Klerx has to install them by hiding the LED strips in the groove of the planks. However, the customer service personnel responded to us with this statement via email:
"We normally do not install the lighting you have purchased yourself. This is also why we do not make grooves in the cover plates, where this lighting could be placed. This is not possible."
Why does Piet Klerx Customer Service personnel change the design which is not agreed upon?
We discussed with the Piet Klerx sales personnel, agreed and we signed off the purchase order with the design of the LED strip to be placed in these 2 areas. Now, everything goes wrong when someone from customer service decides they cannot do it.
Please help us.

I've encountered significant challenges with this company regarding their delivery commitments and customer service... The sales team seemed dedicated until the deal closed, after that reaching them became near impossible.
I asked about their commitment to delivery dates as I had offers from other reputable companies. Regrettably, I chose to trust them, and it ended in disappointment
After I learned about the delay by checkin order status, contacting customer service felt like a maze—they redirected me to the head office, which in turn sent me back to the store. This disorganized loop left problems unresolved, leading to a dysfunctional customer experience.
My attempts to seek resolution only resulted in frustration due to the lack of accountability and resolution.
Therefore, I DO NOT recommend this company!
I hope this feedback helps others in making informed decisions!

I went to discuss the problem with the sales man Romano. He went above and beyond, it was amazing how he helped us. This is the first time we had received a support and assistance in that manner. We are truly grateful with Romano for all the help.
If you ever go to Piet Klerkx in Utrecht, ask for him, it is just a crack, should manage the office.

Anytime we go to Piet Klerkx in Utrecht, we are welcomed with a warm smile and great hospitality. What I also liked to see is that staff members respect each other and their expertise. If someone is more knowledgeable on a specific area, they are not afraid to direct the customer to that colleague. There is no competition among the colleagues. There is a good team spirit and this is nice to feel as a customer.
No matter how late it is, the staff members are there to help.
The quality of the products is obviously out of question.
This is why I will keep coming to Piet Klerkx.

I ordered an L-shaped couch with Piet Klerkx (Isano). Had visited the Amsterdam store a few times over many months and got excellent advice each time (the PK medewerker - Robin Burgers - recognized me and even remembered what I had been interested in after months of absence. Impressive!). In the end, I still had some doubts due to the pricing - compared to other couches in Germany some family members wanted me to see first - but after the store manager managed to reduce the price a bit (the couch had never been in an 'actie' and been in the store for a long time), I did not hesitate any more.
The payment modalities and delivery service were excellent again. Uncomplicated and allowing me to choose a delivery date. The delivery team was great, too. They set the couch up quickly and gave some useful advice as to moving it.
Really a great purchase experience overall. Haven't had this with any other product I bought in the last two years.
