I would give zero stars but wont let me. First of what a great concept but poor execution. I purchased voices and it was so complicated to install. Second .......no support.....and now you can not even get to the website. What a shame, so much potential here. I suggest you do not bother .

This did not work for me I tryed and tryed for two days to get this rubbish to download a voice into my satnav,total waste of my time, you can't even get onto the pigtones website anymore to ask what the problem maybe, as of 9.1.17.

I ordered a voice for my new TomTom. I followed their instructions for the download which included clicking on the .exe file in the downloaded folder. There was no .exe file. I went back to their webpage and found mention of a problem with the newer TomToms and a link to TomTom's website with a fix. The webpage no longer exists. I then filled out a customer support ticket and submitted it. It's been almost two months and they have not responded. I paid via PayPal and filed a complaint with them. They sent an email to Pigtones asking them to contact me and resolve the issue. Nothing, no response. I escalated the PayPal issue to a formal dispute and a couple of days later PayPal said the issue HAD NOT been found in my favor! I'll never use Pigtones OR PayPal again. BUYER BE BEWARE of this crooked company.

Instructions for installing with Mac are non-existent, and when one inquires one is treated like an imbecile. I worked for ten years in IT support and know the standards and conventions here. PigTones does not, and yet they're not humble enough to take advantage of feedback.

I have emailed Pig twice over three days and have yet to get a response. They sure took my money quick enough. Notice on their site that they don't mention anywhere that their voice software is incompatible with newer models of the Garmin Nuvi. Don't waste your money, like I did, with these guys. Customer support is nonexistent if they know they ripped you off by selling you a product that they knew in advance would not work. I'd have given them zero stars, however this program requires me to at least give them one star. Stay Away.

IF YOU OWN A NEWER MODEL GARMIN SYSTEM DO NOT BELIEVE THE HYPE THIS COMPANY CANNOT SERVICE YOU. I have been going back and forth with this company for over a week tryin to get the voice to work on my 2010 NUVI model. The problem is they produce all voices in vup format, my nuvi only accepts vpm...you dont find out anything regarding this until you complete the order and troubleshoot. The worst 10 bucks I have ever sent, and instead of refunding my money they keep giving me the run around in reference to what I need to do, example "open the mac os folder on your computer to download the file"...I have a windows computer tho?!?!?!?!? WHATEVER YOU DO FIND A BETTER COMPANY TO WORK WITH, THESE GUYS ARE HORRIBLE!
