Delivered Broken 😞

Once ordered, I did not receive any email updates on my order. Even though it states 2-5 working days I ordered on 12th March and it arrived today 24th March.

The box was a little damaged.

I opened it to discover the plastic was broken and the hinge was broken.
It is very flimsy and the tracks to push it up and down is not very smooth.

It was suppose to come with a workout guide - nothing was included.

I have contacted the seller - so I will wait on a response.
Very disappointed in the purchase and service so far.
