The application does not work, I have purchased a basic plan, did all the requirements for registering an account by my post keeps sending some errors like: "No valid access token for this Facebook Account available, update your facebook account via new Access token."
I really need my refund since the application does not work.

I have been with pilot poster for a year now. I have had a great experience with using the platform and if I ever needed support it was always there. We have just approached 2022 and I emailed their support and to my surprise I got a response back in half an hour! I can post to the group's without issues now. They have simple methods to connect and their support team is really patient and helpful! Just show them the respect that they deserve as this software is much better than other competitors and I am truly happy with it. They have recently updated their guides on how to connect which means they have been working hard behind the scenes to circumvent all the obstacles that Facebook has put up.

I give them 5 stars and thank the team very much for all their help.

I wish this company a prosperous 2022 and I hope they can make more people happy. Give them a chance and you will see 👍

There needs to be more storage to store images and videos on their dashboard, I got only 100MB, but other than that, it's really amazing tool for posting to groups.

The new method for posting is working for me and it's a great way to auto post to facebook but their support should be improved. To other users having problem, make sure you request a free proxy if you get connecting error, their guide already mentions it.

Please avoid PilotPoster.
2 Years ago, their software was good and worked.

I recently purchased the online version again, it never worked and reported server and Json errors.
The online chat convinced me to purchase the desktop version.

THEY STATED THE FOLLOWING:
1. more powerful Facebook Poster with much more features than our web app.

They have removed the create post screen, removed
the scheduled posting and it still does not save time.

They are now trying to convince me that it is my fault and that I want to use their software without paying. I'VE ALREADY PAID! I just want something that works well and saves time. Not have reduced functionality and costs me more.

scam,i buy the premium plan end cant use the app,they telling me to buy other desktop soft to pay again $111...

Disaster, I lost my money on the service that is not working. Support and chat support is not helping at all. Why I didn't read Trustpilot before purchases

RED FLAG, don't use pilot poster. its a SCAM. This guy takes your money and offers no support or the decency to answer your questions. Facebook block you out of your own account everytime a token I generated.

Avoid this project. The software itself stops working and Facebook frequently asks you to change your password or just bans you from posting to private groups.

Other than that - the website tells that it's a one-time payment, which is supposed to mean that you only pay for it once. However, they will deactivate your account after a year and then ask you to pay for it again.

Terrible experience.

Till I pay for their Professional Plan I have receive support but after that I have pay for Professional Plan and downloading the app to login to my Facebook account. there was no support there !
app shows always 101 errors so I cannot login to any account ! after 2 months and aprox 15 emails and chats didn't have receive any answer !

Scam! At first, they answer all your questions. Chat agent is really friendly at first however, after purchase, they are not replying anymore. I was able to use their software for 2 -3 days by generating a token that they provided in order to connect my FB to their system. After doing that, FB secured my account and needs to verify my identify. I did that and then try to generate a token again but FB secured my account again.

It appears that everytime i generate a token, FB secured my account and their program can't bypass this. I've been emailing them but no response. Wasted my money so stay away.

By the way, they are managed by the same compnay maherpost and other websites (safeposter i guess) as the web interface is the same.

The receipt i got was from maherpost and they didn't even bother to edit it.

I keep on contacting them thru chat and email but they are not replying. I can see that their agent read my chat but no reply.

If you ever wondered what's the definition of a scam, this is it. Nothing works as its advertised and after you're telling this to the Indian (yes, he's a scammer from India, despite the fact that he's pretending to be from USA). After complaining that those alleged things the app contains the seller will tell you that you don't know how to properly set up the account & app. After a while he will stop replying to your messages and when you ask for a refund he will tell you that's impossible "because of the nature of the product", whatever that means. I was lucky enough to get a refund through my bank, I don't know what planets aligned for me but I got my money back and I donated them for charity. Avoid this alleged company because nothing is real and they will just steal your money.

A complete fraud! As well as the rest of the people. I purchased the "Premium Package". First it took them more than one day to send me the access to my Web Based App. Once I was there I found I needed to request another windows app to create a Validation Code, they sent me the link to download the app. THIS IS COMPLETELY USELESS. From there I haven't been able to connect PP to my Facebook account, I just get the ERROR 435 and I was forced to change several times my FB password because Facebook takes this as an attempt of "hacking".

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IN PILOT POSTER

Pilotposter does not work for me. I wrote several emails to customer support, only the first one with an answer. I just lost 50$ and am extremely disappointed. I would definitely not recommend.
If someone at Pilotposter reads this, please give me my money back.

Support is practically none-existent, slowest support I have ever experienced. The support delay is about 6 Hours to 1 Day, unacceptable.
