Terrible company, terrible products. Go somewhere else!
I ordered at PimPrint because there was an issue with the delivery from my usual supplier.
I ordered at PimPrint because of their speedy service, and I received the order on time (the only good thing in my experience). I was at a fair and I needed those business card fast, but when I received them, the quality was so poor that I was ashamed to give them away. I then took contact with the company that told me to send him back the products so they would check them. 2 weeks later, after daily messages and requests, I'm still being ignored via email, WhatsApp and phone and haven't received any RMA code or any answer. I still have the business cards at home that are completely unusable because they feel cheap and are wrinkly. The quality of the paper sucks. i'm wasting a lot of time and I suggest to order your printing products elsewhere, also given the high cost of PimPrint. Apart from the terrible service, now I need to waste time contacting the consumentenbond, but I will get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! TERRIBLE PRODUCTS AND TERRIBLE SUPPORT (NO SUPPORT ACTUALLY)!

Since I cannot reply to the reply I'll edit here: that is NOT TRUE. I've asked the company how to return the product since apparently you need an RMA code, and NOBODY EVER ANSWERED ANYMORE.
Also, let's get things straight: I don't want to change my design, I want my design as I just received from my supplier, which, by the way, apart from costing almost half of your service, has a MUCH BETTER QUALITY. I'll involve the consumentenbond and eventually escalate it to the verschillende commmissie if necessary, but maybe, instead of writing to each other on TrustPilot, YOU COULD JUST REPLY TO MY GAZILLION EMAILS?!?!?!?
