AVOID at any cost!
When my car broke down, I was forced to pay for the recovery/towing of the vehicle. The company claimed this was stated in the terms and conditions, but those turned out to be the terms of a third party and were never provided to me at the time of purchase.
Very disappointing experience and unexpected costs when I needed assistance the most.
Avoid, especially if you drive an automatic car, as you may end up having to pay for towing yourself despite expecting breakdown cover.
I’ve tried complaining but there are too many third parties are involved, so I did not get anywhere. So, had to just get a new breakdown cover with someone else

Brilliant
I needed to call Ping out as my car wouldn’t start.5 minutes after I got off the phone to them there was a tow truck out side my house. He fixed the problem. About 10 minutes later customer service rang to ask me if everything was ok. Brilliant service could not fault this company.
