Pricing is very competitive.
The facilities are very clean and well maintained
Sign up was quick and easy.
The only let down so far has been, I was initially given the wrong Gate Code to enter the storage facility, and was left waiting outside for a good 25 minutes until someone finally answered the phone and gave me the correct code. On top of this there is a glitch on the website which doesn't allow you to scroll down the list of facilities to select the one you need, when you're requesting emergency access. This was on iPhone and Android browsers.
Aside from those little teething issues which I'm sure will be addressed soon enough. I can't fault the service at all and would highly recommend them to others

I left a review before on pinkstorage however, while its easy sign up and access which is great. Its a little to easy my container is one of many that have been cut open in the swansea site, no cctv working etc, I found out from pink storage over a week later that my container had been cut absolute joke of a company. They patched the holes in the container by using silcone and a rivet easily removed in seconds YOUR STUFF IS NOT SAFE WITH PINKSTORAGE. AVOID.
I had an excellent experience with Pink Storage at Minworth — from start to finish it was easy and stress-free! The online booking process was incredibly quick and straightforward, and I had access to my storage unit within minutes of signing up. The unit itself was clean, dry, and secure, and I loved the transparent pricing with the introductory discount offer.
The facility felt very secure with gated access and CCTV, and I appreciated the clear instructions and prompt communication throughout. The extra touches like a welcome pack were a nice bonus too. All in all, great value for money and very convenient — I’d highly recommend Pink Storage to anyone needing reliable self-storage

Everything they claim on their website is untrue. No cctv, no anpr, least secure site ive ever seen. Lots of break ins recently and didnt even tell anyone, for a week. People found out via social media and when they turned up to find all of their belongings gone. They went into my unit and repaired the damage without even informing me, and then told me they don't go into units with prior consent. Unreasonable price increases which they dont tell you about to the point where it becomes unreasonably expenses. I wouldnt touch them with someone else's barge pole let alone mine.
Security failure, misleading claims, and silence when it mattered most
Our storage unit at Pink Storage Swansea was broken into during a large-scale incident affecting many customers. Thieves cut through the rear walls of units, leaving belongings exposed to theft and the elements.
We were not informed by Pink Storage that our unit had been breached. We discovered the damage days later via social media, by which time possessions — including irreplaceable sentimental items such as baby photographs, scan photos, school reports and children’s artwork — had been left outside and ruined. These items cannot be replaced.
Items stolen from our unit included bikes and jewellery, including an engagement ring of significant value. Other belongings were damaged by rain after the break-in.
We paid a premium weekly fee for what was sold as “insurance” or contents protection, yet we have never been provided with any policy documents, insurer details, or clear explanation of how cover is calculated or applied. We are still trying to understand how to pursue a claim, what the limits are, and what losses are considered eligible — including the considerable aftermath costs of clearing, transporting, drying, and dealing with damaged possessions.
Communication from the company has been extremely poor. While some customers appear to have been contacted, we have received virtually no direct communication despite repeated emails. The only response we received was a generic request to submit a list of losses, followed by notice that the matter had been passed to legal advisers — without explaining the claims process or parameters.
Serious concerns have also emerged about site security and representations made by the company. Pink Storage has publicly referred to being a member of the Self Storage Association (SSA). However, the SSA itself has stated publicly that Pink Storage is not a full member, but only a subscriber, and that required standards were not in place when sites were inspected. The SSA has confirmed it asked Pink Storage to remove references to SSA membership. This raises significant questions about how the site was marketed to customers and what standards were actually in place.
We entrusted this company with our possessions at a vulnerable time, believing the site was secure and professionally operated. What we experienced instead was a serious security failure, misleading assurances, and prolonged silence at a time of real distress.
Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Pink Storage.
Search pink storage swansea wales online loads got broken into no support from company majority found out over facebook .i had sleep there sat as my lock gpt cut off and could put one on due way they cut . And couldnt get hold company no one while my unit was still open when cobtacted company revieved email on sunday sayibg they wasnt aware of my unit but was of other when mine couldnt be missed as cut front not back like rest them .they failed there inspection ssa comfirmed and have asked tgem to remover that tgey part of them avou avoid at all costs no camreas or scerity like they advertise camreas where sezied in novemeber and wasnt working months prior to that and poikce confirmed last night they had there camreas back and didnt conect them spread the word
Our container was one of MANY broken into at the Swansea depot. Pink left us feeling completely abandoned throughout the situation.
They do not have CCTV linked to the police and they are not a member of the accredited association they advertise to be part of.
Avoid at all costs. A company that is built on false advertising, outright lies and no care for customers. Simply search for the recent Swansea break in to read the media on how we, the affected customers, have been dealt with before deciding whether this is the type of company that you’d trust
All good except for narrow access. Vehicles can’t overtake so you may be blocked before the other vehicle leaves

Very easy to check availability and set up access via the app.
Hassle free entry to site. Container was clean and ready for me to use. Site appears secure and well maintained. They supply the lock and clear instructions. Would recommend

Nice clean good price at the min looking long term so hope it won’t go up to much !

Quick and easy to arrange, no hassle.
Full instructions emailed and messaged to your phone.
Only downfall is price increase after 8 weeks at half price, would be better to offer cheaper rates throughout hire periods.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. No security. No cameras that work. They are dummy cameras. Lots of containers have been broken in to. Staff do not care, zero help. Zero communication when break ins did happen. Peoples contents have been left ransacked and discarded in the rain. No effort to inform owners. People discovering through kind people on social media. The owner is blaming the police... What a joke.
This place takes your money and leaves all your belongings at risk. The behaviour of staff, the owner and the zero accountability is not what you would expect from a reputable company. Police are dealing with the matter and have evidence of the lies from Scott Evans the CEO. Legal assistance is being sought.
Please I urge people to please source alternative storage for a company that actually provides what they advertise and have adequate insurance.
