Very easy to get a price and to book.
Very easy to book and (unlike some of the other big companies) I could get a price without providing my details and have someone call me back to try and persuade me. A much better system - I don't want to have multiple phone calls before I can choose the best option!
Storage unit was clean and easy to access. Introductory price (for the first three months) was very competitive. As I said, booking was easy and the process to cancel when I want to is just as simple.

Good price and size. Not hassle free.
Easy to book & good discount for the first 6 weeks, have to leave a review to get a further 2 weeks which isn’t suggested in the quote.
Up on arrival, the ampr screen was broken, Therefore, the gate wouldn’t open. I tried a code provided via text which didn’t work. Had to call, spoke to somebody who gave me a completely different code which worked.
Once I got access, I looked for the container I was provided, which didn’t exist. I called again, waited on hold for 12 minutes, whilst a friend that was with me called & got straight through. Once we got through, I was given a different container number & from there on it was all relatively easy to use & good sized storage.
Overall, it is a good price, good sized storage & easy access once you can get in but it didn’t come completely hassle free & I had some timely issues.

The ANPR screen fault and access code confusion, along with the initial unit allocation error, clearly caused frustration and delays, and that’s not the smooth first impression we aim to provide.

We’re glad the team were able to resolve things on the day, but we recognise it should have been more straightforward from the outset.

We take allegations of fraud extremely seriously and want to be clear that this claim is incorrect.
We operate a transparent, lawful pricing model where prices can change based on availability and demand, similar to airlines and hotels. This does not constitute misleading or fraudulent behaviour.
Availability messages are generated in real time based on live inventory at the point of search, which can change as bookings are made or cancelled.
We appreciate that price changes can be frustrating and are always happy to explain how pricing works, but we do not accept allegations of criminal or fraudulent conduct.
