Excellent Service.
Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable team.
We’ve had a great experience with PinnPoint since we moved in. The transition into our new home was smooth, and we’ve felt really well looked after the whole time.
A special mention to Camille, who has been incredibly helpful and responsive. She recently helped us with a pet permission request, and her quick, friendly communication made the whole process stress-free. It’s rare to find an agency that is both professional and genuinely kind—she even had lovely things to say about our cat, Toto! We’re very happy here.

I have lived here happily for nearly six years and am especially grateful to the fantastic on-site team. This is the second flat I've lived in. Camille was brilliant helping me to relocate at quite short notice. CJ worked tirelessly with contractors to ensure that my front (fire) door was compliant. I know that if I have any problems they will respond quickly.

I've been living at Pinpoint in Uxbridge for around 4 years and love the location - its walking distance to the town centre and underground station. The building is secure, so I feel very safe here. The neighbours are friendly and it's very quiet and peaceful here. There is a beautiful park at the back which is lovely for going for walks in and admiring nature.
The maintenance team will come and help very quickly if anything is needed and all communal areas are kept clean and tidy on a regular basis.
The management team have been very kind and supportive to me and I especially want to mention Camille who has supported me and treated me with compassion when I needed it the most.
I am very happy living here :)

I recently visited for a viewing and had a great experience. Camille and CJ showed me around, and they were very friendly and professional. They explained everything clearly and made the whole viewing feel easy and comfortable.

I had an apartment in Hampden House for over 6 years and other than it being very costly I’ve had a very good experience with the landlords management team over the years. The apartment is very spacious and I only realise this when I moved. Over all I just wanna say thank you to the management team for being so accommodating over the years it’s been a great experience, especially with some of the challenges faced. God bless you all.

The process has been absolutely flawless and Camille Kocinska in particular has been a real big help. She's guided us through the process and her customer service has been nothing short of fantastic.

Lived here for 4.5 years, a lovely place with lovely people and decent agency.
I have lived at Pinn Point for three years and have just moved out. I am sad to go. The flat was lovely , easy and cheap to heat and the maintenance was second to none. Issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently, and the staff were just so nice! Genuinely pleasant people. What I really liked was that it felt very safe and I think that was primarily because of the mix of people. Young professionals and families with school age children made for a good sense of community. I loved hearing the children play in the communal play area, it was so nice to hear them having an awesome summer playing the most amazing and inclusive games. Really was a treat for someone whose own children are now in their late 20's. I work at Brunel and was able to walk to work and the building was quiet enough to work from home. I felt rejuvenated by my three years at PP, I would recommend to anyone who is debating moving in that you take the plunge. I had a really blessed time at PP.Hope you find the same happiness there that I did!
I’ve been living at Pinnpoint for several months now, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The onsite team is genuinely nice and always eager to help, making day-to-day life feel easy and welcoming. From moving in to sorting out any small issues, they’ve been professional, approachable, and quick to respond.
The building itself is modern and well-maintained, with great communal spaces. It’s clear that the management cares about residents’ comfort and safety, and the attention to detail throughout the development really shows.
Overall, I highly recommend Pinnpoint to anyone looking for a friendly, well-managed place to call home. The supportive onsite team truly sets it apart from other developments!
Where to start, the building, the main doors to the building have been out of order for 6 months, the door locks fail on a weekly basis allowing anyone to enter the building and roam the halls so keep . Reports of teenagers gaining access to the building and running riot and parcels being stolen from the post area. The intercom doesn’t work so anytime i get a delivery they have to phone me and I end up going down to open the door for them or collect from the curbside. Inside the apartments are ok, they are a “good” spec, but certainly not the “luxury” as advertised, if you enjoy taking a bath your out of luck as the baths are more like oversized shower trays capable of holding 3 inches of water.
Advertised is a “community” however the only community i have seen is antisocial dog owners having their dogs off lead during a pandemic, cigarette and pot smokers on balconies making your apartment smell like and more recently a torrent of flies all around the development meaning your unable to open your balcony door without having 20 flies enter your apartment from outside.
Recently there was a fire in an apartment in our block which was attended by 6 fire trucks and a aerial appliance, I am not sure what the damage was but how do you set fire to an apartment that by law must be fire retardant takes some doing. No fire alarm, no warning, no just in case evacuation, and no news until 16 hours later from the building management team saying they are investigating and couldn’t share any more information.
All that combined with its a building site, apartments in construction. Derelict houses awaiting demolition. There’s a terrible park that when it rains is intransitable. Patches of dead grass where the excessive number of dogs have killed the grass from excessive urination. BoJo has his Uxbridge church thinking its Big Ben and rings bells from 5am to 1am every hour and at other random times during the hour. Sunday you get a barrage of out of sync bell ringers ringing bells at 10am where not even the double glazing and curtains can save you. Monday and Tuesday is bin collection day, sometimes you have 100+ apartments worth of stinking bins put out on a Friday and have to walk past it for the next three days until its collected. There must be an Ambulance station nearby due to the frequent screaming ambulances you hear from the main road.
This place is not for peace, quiet and stress free living.
