Cost me €52 to return poor goods

The bedding that looked nice in the online photos seemed thin and garish when I received it. I then found that returning the goods - to Netherlands, not even France - was a price I had to pay. It cost me over 52 euros out of my pocket to return it! One parcel was sent back to me with no explanation, so I had to return it again.

I had bought such beautiful quality Pip bedding some years ago, and it is still beautiful and going strong.

I will never risk buying from Pip again after this experience.

What a disappointment.

I ordered a Pip Studio 74-piece…

I ordered a Pip Studio 74-piece dinnerware set to the UK, and the packaging was extremely poor. Even though they knew it would be shipped internationally, it was not packed securely at all, and more than half of the items arrived broken. It has now been 5 days and I still haven’t heard anything from them despite emailing. I also had to pay nearly £300 in customs fees, and now I’m left with broken products. I definitely do not recommend it — the packaging was wrong, the product quality was not what I expected at all. Anyone ordering from London or other countries should think twice.

For Shame!

Ordered a rug for a surprise renovation project for an elderly relative who is due out of hospital very soon after being very seriously ill and it arrived on the 14th but was the wrong model of rug and the wrong colour. I sent email to customer service early on the morning of the 15th asking them to collect the incorrect rug and send out the correct product and heard nothing back. To add insult to injury i received generic email this morning asking if i am happy with my order. Very unhappy now as the elderly relative due home next week and im being blanked by pip studio. Terrible way to treat customers...UPDATE Issue finally resolved today (4th December), correct rug delivered.

Plates arrived damaged - cant get a refund

Package arrived damaged with 1 plate out of 4 smashed. The packaging and protection was completely inadequate for shipping crockery. We complained and asked for a refund. they replied "shame about that. Give us feedback". Their app would not work to allow us to repeat our request - we had already sent photos. Hopeless company, hopeless website and app.

They never sent my order and treated me terribly!

I placed an order from Pip Studio over a month ago, and I still haven’t received it. Instead of the porcelain I ordered, they sent me a completely wrong item — a cooking pan! Rather than correcting their mistake in a professional way, they asked me to return the incorrect item myself.

Despite the inconvenience, I showed understanding and personally went to the courier with my baby to return the item they wrongly sent. However, after all that effort, I have received nothing in return — no correct order, no refund, and absolutely no proper communication.

I’ve sent multiple emails and never received a reply. Their customer service is completely unresponsive and seems uninterested in solving anything.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I lost my time, my money, and my trust. While their products may look nice online, their service is a total failure.

I strongly advise others to stay away from this company. I will never order from Pip Studio again.

The tray came in chipped and no response from Pip Studio

The tray came in chipped. It was not wrapped well. I have been on chat with a "bot" 3 times as of today. I get the same pre-scripted response. I am prioritized and someone will get back to me. It is 3 weeks now and no one has gotten in touch with me. This company is a scam.

Way over priced

Way over priced, when shipped to the UK a £99 dressing grown, charged with the purchase £15. Just received a £24.00 bill from FedEx. Nowhere when purchasing was I made aware if it. Do the maths not worth the delivery charge, which I am sure PIP Studio are aware of.

We are sorry you feel this way about your purchase. Pip Studio charges shipping fees which are clearly listed. Import fees can be charged by the carrier on behalf of your local customs. Although we do list the possibility of import fees on our website, we are working on a pop-up for orders outside the EU. Because of the different rules and laws regarding imports for each country, it is not possible to calculate the exact amount of these fees for us. Until recently, orders with a value of less then a € 150 were not charged at all.

No one follows the procedure from start…

No one follows the procedure from start to finish, no one (despite having asked several times) is able to really solve a problem, there is no single point of contact, and they don't take care of the customer at all.
The response is always stereotyped: thanks for calling, etc.
The fault is not theirs but the system which is poorly organised.

Final: I will no longer order your products (and with regret because the quality is really excellent) until you have an adequate customer service capable of taking care of the customer and not a service as a call center.

Kundenservice 'sucks'

Ich habe 2 Tage lang versucht, eine Bestellung aufzugeben, aber es hat nicht funktioniert. Ich bekam immer wieder eine Fehlermeldung und musste jedes Mal alles neu ausfüllen. Auch das Bezahlen mit Kreditkarte war nicht möglich, außerdem erhielt ich die Meldung, dass die Karte ungültig sei und ich sie erneut ausfüllen müsse. Das habe ich auch gemacht. Schließlich wandte ich mich an den Kundenservice und musste mich mit Anna, einem Chatbot, auseinandersetzen. Unmöglich. Ich hatte ein Konto erstellt, aber ich habe mein Konto gelöscht. Schöne Sachen (wie auf den Fotos zu sehen), aber ich glaube nicht, dass „Pip“ sie verkaufen möchte.

Great post sale service

I love their kitchen ranges & have bought many items in the past, very satisfied. I ordered several times from the U.K., deliveries smooth no problems at all. I recently had some issues with a textile product. They immediately investigated this and offered a solution satisfactorily. I recommend them without reservation.
