SCAM COMPANY
I played on prate spins, won over £400 requested withdrawal, they wanted verification I provided. Waited for withdrawa. Bonuses then offered on further deposits are stopped until the withdrawal is completed which is stupid.
They then come back and stop my withdrawal dropping the amount I can withdraw to under £100 because I took a bonus which flagged up mid game and to their t and c’s is not allowed. Why offer the bonus then? So now I also can not withdraw what is there as they again ask for verification.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. SCAM FIRM

Would give them zero, scam of a company won 9 k took ages to get verified once had got email stating due to having 5.09 bonus when I spun the win it's forfeited, gave me my original deposit of 20 back to play told them where to go and keep it stay well clear

I won £4500
I won £4500, requested a withdrawl. They have stalled by asking for more documents even though inpassed verification and passed a game review.
Returned my funds to my balance without my consent. After sending more documents. Chances of getting my money is very very slim.
Unlicenced casino's just do not pay out large ammounts it seems.
Nothing i can do about this

I got in touch with my bank and financial ombudsman and shown them evidence they are a rogue casino operating illegally in the UK and my deposits have been returned.
The winnings i was obviously never given.
Do not give up hope of just being taken for a victim by this shady operation.
