Although i have been using wit tef and liked it i found the brown tef i purchased tasted and smelled a bit of "sth that was kept in the store for longer time" and its a bit disappointing as I have ordered more than 4 bigger once.

Poor Customer PitPat Service
I purchased a pit pat tracker after reading great reviews. Initially everything was fine but then the device became temperamental and we had difficulty charging it. Then after eight months the device failed. The customer services has subsequently been nothing short of appalling, having contacted them via email on numerous occasions because there was no contact number. The company requested information about the failed device to which I provided to customer services who then asked what colour pitpat I would like, so that they could send out a replacement straight away to keep our dog safe. To date I have never received a delivery of a new device, and though I have since emailed them on multiple occasions to make them aware of this, they have failed to respond back and this has been ongoing for the past 3 months. This is very disappointing and I have lost patience with them. Please be aware of their failure to comply with their duty / services as a company to fulfill any aftercare of their failing product which is an issue regarding legal consumer rights. The device is under 12months old since purchase, there is no visual damage to tracker and is clearly not fit for purpose. if you are looking to invest in buying a PitPat device I would think again. Meanwhile our dog is without a tracker.
