Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible!

I called last month, early last month to make an appointment for my daughter to have a root canal. I received a call two days prior I thought was to confirm the appointment. It turns out they put the appointment in the system incorrectly. So it was actually to say we missed it.

They felt badly and rescheduled us, for more than a week later. Friday, while traveling to/from Texas due to a death in my family, I received several calls from them beginning at 1:21pm. I was unable to call them back by 4:30pm as I was traveling.

I called this morning, Monday as soon as they opened. I was told they scheduled over my daughter’s appointment for an emergency that I should have called back. I was on a plane! I was not able to call. I explained this. They never called to confirm my prior appointment that they messed up with the wrong date. Suddenly because I was unable to call them back or answer them with 3 hours and nine minutes, they scheduled over my child’s appointment!! This is needed!

I explained this is a need. She told me they can schedule an another consultation. Why in the world would I pay for another consultation? I’ve already had a consultation! The result was a root canal is needed. This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. A doctors office should be understanding, and empathetic to the needs of their patients. They clearly do not at all care about their patients. I got 3 hours and 9 minutes to confirm an appointment that I have had for a long time due to their previous mess up. This place clearly has an incompetent scheduling department. Don’t use them, they won’t care about your needs, how will they provide you good care?
