Ordered an LED ribbon from Pixelfix to repair my Audi Concert1 screen. The ribbon is not the bondable type and has to be mechanically compressed onto the PCB and LED screen terminals using pressure from stick-on silicone foam padding when re-assembled. Clearly this moves and does not work. I sourced the bondable type ribbon elsewhere at 25% of the cost and used a T-Head soldering tip - this has fixed the screen perfectly. The aftermarket support communication was good but offered no solution as the design is inadequate.

Absolutely amazing customer service! The Italian Mail Service lost the package, and they resended it completely free. They are very kind and they helped me a lot with very fast answers to my questions. Absolutely amazing!
