Outstanding products and reliable! Recommend

Great! I love their products and service, everything is so nice. I’ve ordered several times from Pixum and I can highly recommend it. Their customer service is outstanding - there was a mistake with my first delivery and they didn’t hesitate to send a new version within a couple of days free of charge. And while all this was going on they were super helpful via mail at all time. The photos and photo books are of very high quality, just lovely. If you’re looking for a reliable photo supplier - pixum it is!

Photo sizes are a lottery...

The photo quality is good but Pixum don't allow you to select the dimensions of your photos (only the length of 1 side) and won't tell you the size they are going to be before purchasing!!! So I have ended up with lots of photos of a non-standard size that won't fit into standard (IKEA) frames, so I can't use them.
