Let it be Known, unacceptable!

Dear Pizza Hut Customer Service,

I am writing to express my deepest disappointment with the service, or lack of that, I received from your Pizza Hut store located at 550 E Ambler Ave, Abilene, TX 79601. I would like to know what is going on at this location. On three separate occasions, I've placed online orders that were not delivered after waiting over an hour. Each time, I was assured that the driver would return with my order, but this never happened.

When I contacted the store, I spoke with a representative named Mia, who seemed unconcerned about the delays and assured me that the food was still warm. However, by the time I received my food, it would have been inedible. As a customer, it's frustrating to experience such poor service, especially from a well-established brand like Pizza Hut. I expect a higher level of quality and reliability over the lifespan of food sitting out, and how quality dissipates as the food naturally cools, leading to a loss of quality and taste and a bad dining experience for the kids and all involved.

I do not understand how a company of your size can operate as if it were new to the food service field, with such a carefree attitude toward its customers and a lack of concern about whether the service has been rendered once the sale is complete. This sort of shady service I expect from any number of Chinese organizations or companies designed to take your money and, in some cases, not provide any service at all.

However, Pizza Hut? An organization that has been around since May 31, 1950, with more than 19,974 stores and over 350,000 employees, quality, service, and customer satisfaction would be lacking, and the operations of this store would lack the reputation that Mr. Dan and Frank Carney established over 50 years ago when they were students at Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas. As college students, they knew the value of a fair deal, quality food, even though it was fast food, but filling, and I am sure of proper service, which this store seems to have overlooked the last three times I placed my order, and it was never delivered.

I am curious about what is going on. Are these the new standards Pizza Hut is now using to take orders and not deliver on the commitment?

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and take steps to improve the service at this location.

I Can Fly to Scotland Quicker Than Getting a Pizza!

Ordered via the app, which was very cumbersome and failed 3 times to accurately record what I wanted. Then given a delivery window of 20-30 mins, and well over an hour later, I'm still waiting. On ringing the store, the staff member claimed he was working on his own....really? Taking the orders AND doing the cooking? I don't think so! Then the staff member lied and lied when I called, promising the pizza was on its way. It wasn't! Meanwhile, in less than the length of time it has taken them to cook and deliver my order, my daughter has literally flown from Bristol to Edinburgh! If I could give zero stars, I would.

Pizza Hut has always been solid to me over the years, they use to be top dog back in the 1980s and early 1990s, Pizza Hut was the place to be, I miss my dad and mom,
Pizza Hut is one of the first places i remember they took me to back in the mid 1980s.

Bring back the buffet.

I love Pizza Hut but im giving them a 3 star rating because they no longer have the buffet available here in Puerto Rico where I live. Many people here loved that buffet because it had a good price. I really still dont understand why they eliminated it. I just wish they come back.

Showed up to get my pizza at 11:15 (pickup was 11:11). The door was locked with sign come to drive thru. Once in drive thru with the entire line waiting until 11:42 when the manager showed up. Called the store and they said u got your damn pizza leave us alone. This is Colonial Heights VA store. Loyal customer no more.

I’ll make this short and sweet

I’ll make this short and sweet, I haven’t ordered Pizza Hut in a few years, maybe even before Covid. Wow, I can’t believe how skimpy these pizzas are now. 3-4 pieces of meat per piece tops. Almost no vegetables. I am not joking, if you think I’m goofing feel free to order yourself.
This place has jumped the shark!

My order was not right

My order was not right. I order from the Baxter Pizza Hut at least 2 times a month. The last 3 times items were forgotten. I am not ordering anything again since they can't get anything right. I was fine with it before since they could make it right, however they no longer have drivers from the restaurant so if it is wrong they think it's no big deal. Well to me it's a big deal. All I got was we don't have drivers so we can't do anything. So not the right answer. So I would sigh if you want people to be satisfied get your own drivers back so things could be fixed.

West Quay, lousy

West Quay, Southampton, Saturday evening. Stood with others waiting to be seated in a largely empty restaurant. After waiting an age we went up to the reception area and asked if we could seat ourselves. Only then did anyone come up to us, saying we needed to move to a smaller table. So move we did, to another eatery. Hopeless service.

Poor staff's service is available at this branch. They don't answer to the phone calls. Even if you are lucky, they will answer to your call but pizza won't be ready until you reached there to collect it. Once you reached there they will question you like you have not made any orders then they will start as a fresh order. It is a terrible srvice. If pizza hut does not improve their service it will lose many customers in the future.

I go to pizza hut for the taste of delicious pizza as I am unable to select other pizzas. It is the nearest branch.

As a regular customer I experience that this branch service was good until a year ago. Similar incidents are still repeating and even it happened today.

I hope pizza hut will improve it's service in the future.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - THIS TIME

Placed an order last night for a single pizza.
There was an offer for a free small pizza, but I wasn’t able add to my order. A second time I have had issues with the app.
I placed the order and called the hut to explain the issue.
The person I spoke to was unprofessional, he was not listening, I then realised he didn’t care which upset me. I asked to speak the Manager and he became very unhelpful. I asked for a refund as now I could not trust the two people I spoke to. Shame, Pizza Hut was a good co years ago.

I do not expect these people to refund my card, I will have to chase this at some point.
Last time I used Pizza Hut Hatfield they let me pick up two large pizzas with very little toppings... It was little eating soft uncooked bread.. I should have learnt by my mistake.

we ordered online with our account.

we ordered online. Ordering went great. The problem came when we arrived to pick up our order. what we had ordered was not what we received. In the past we have ordered the super supreme pizza. Its covered in green peppers, sausage, tomato sauce and pepperoni. The pizza i picked up was brown, burnt and tasted horrible. The second pizza was meat lovers and it was burnt as well.

No comment from manager - Infact i paid for the pizza unseen and left thinking the quality was excellent as before.
