Good pizza and extremely good service pizza and cookie dough is to die for tuff

I visited the Pizza Hut in York yesterday and was greeted by manager Paul. It had just opened and was empty but he was great, very attentive and sorted out some veggie pizzas for the buffet. Excellent service. Many thanks, Nick.

Every visit has been fantastic, but special recognition must go to **Nithin and Ajay**. These two are absolutely amazing. Their professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to great customer service truly stand out. They go above and beyond to make sure orders are perfect and customers feel welcome.

Team members like Nithin and Ajay make a real difference to the experience and deserve proper recognition and pay rises for the effort and attitude they bring every day.

Ordered at 9pm with 25 mins estimated delivery, called in at 21:35 to be told pizza is in the oven and waiting on the driver, delivered at just after 10pm stone cold and under cooked, tasted nothing like the New Yorker because of it, also decided to try the fries for £4.99 and you get less than a medium Mcdonalds fries for double the price, sadly without the Mcdonalds quality with rubbery and chewy sticks that would not know what crisp was, a really disappointing evening

Just had the misfortune of buying two pizzas and a garlic cheese order from Old Road Clacton on sea. The food was dry, tasteless and totally awful. Wasted £23 do not visit this Pizza Hut no wonder their restaurants are closing down. Will never order from any Pizza Hut again, disgusting.

I spent £980 on pizza last year for a few party’s and was collecting the pizza rewards I had 5 pizzas ready to use, I’ve gone on the app and they have all gone, I got in touch with Pizza Hut and they could not care less they have told me there is now a new reward scheme and that we will have to start again!! I’ve been a loyal customer but now I hope you go out off business and with the way you treat your customers there won’t be long left for you running a company like this. All my custom will now be 100 percent domino’s even if there few pound more!

Saved up on the app for a free large pizza with my stamps, then it disappeared. When i talked to customer service to get it back they were no help.

I am writing this review to bring serious attention to the extremely unprofessional and unacceptable customer service I experienced at Pizza Hut Store #032202 on March 5, 2026 around 8:30 PM. The level of disrespect and lack of professionalism displayed by the staff was very disappointing and honestly disturbing.
I called the store to place an order, and the young lady who answered the phone immediately displayed a rude and impatient attitude. While I was asking simple questions about my pizza order, she repeatedly huffed and blew into the phone as if helping a customer was a burden. Her tone and behavior were extremely disrespectful.
I politely told her that if she did not want to assist me, she could please place me on hold so I could speak with a manager. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she abruptly hung up the phone in my face.
What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I was already sitting in the parking lot of the store trying to place my order. After being hung up on, I walked inside and asked to speak with the manager, Holly. When I approached her, her music was playing so loudly that she could not even hear me speaking at first. That alone was very unprofessional for someone in a management position.
After she finally turned the music down, I explained the entire situation regarding the phone call. Unfortunately, Holly showed very little concern, accountability, or professionalism about what had just happened. The employee who had taken my call — a young lady wearing glasses and headphones listening to music — immediately ran to the back of the store once I came inside, clearly avoiding the situation instead of addressing it.
The only positive observation I had during this visit was that the young men working in the store appeared to actually be doing their jobs.
Overall, this experience was extremely unsatisfactory and reflects very poorly on the customer service standards of this location. Customers should never be treated with such disrespect when simply trying to place an order. I strongly believe corporate leadership should review the management practices, employee conduct, and overall professionalism at this location because the behavior displayed tonight was completely unacceptable.

My wife called the Main & Dobson location in Mesa, AZ. She called a little over an hour ago and ordered a large cheese pizza and a pepperoni New Yorker, totaling $43 and change. She called back to ask about the order's status. The employee said they had no such order but had charged her card, yet they will not issue a refund. Now when we call back to talk to someone, no one answers the phone.
We just want with the food we ordered or our money back.

Pizza hut it's a little too late to run your any toppings on large pizza special. We NO longer rock with you, we support Domino's, go back to your NO specials

My order was 15 minutes late. I never received everything I Paid for. I never got 6 pc x 2 wings. Ordered 6 buffalo medium only got 4..I ordered 6 Garlic BONE IN..you gave me 4 of the boneless. OUR Pizza was GREASY AS HELL but we ate. I ordered 2 of the parmasain shakers and only received 1 and I even gave a 2.00 tip. I'm very disappointed with your food and service today.

The last time before this then we ordered our lunch, you all did same thing so I guess giving 2nd chances does no good so we won't be ordering with you again. This is the Trotwood, Ohio location.

I went to the pizza hut on 82nd avenue yesterday first time I've been to pizza hut in over 5 years. I ordered a supreme pizza pan crust to go. When I received my pizza it was on thin crust with so few toppings. I will never go back there again. Domino's is so much better. I don't recommend anyone to go to that location. Horrible

Hello! I wanted to write a review for PizzaHut in Hazleton, Pa area. I had taken my son and his girlfriend there to eat. I wanted to leave a great review for my experience.Im not sure where I had to do so,I figured this would be a great place to start. I hadn't been in Pizza Hut for awhile but I do remember it being very kid friendly and a great place to get your stuffed crust pizza. Anywho, I was worried walking into the door. I understand that they are going through new management, construction and remodeling. The food there is still wonderful. Kaitlyn, my server, was very tentative, sweet and great attitude. She seemed very interested in how great the place will be as soon as they are finished with the remodeling. My family was on a time schedule, so I was very happy how quickly my food was ready. We all left happy and full. I made sure I let Kaitlyn know how great she was. Thank you.

We used to love wings at Pizza Hut and the pizza was not bad. But we stop, because it was changing same with Domino's and papa John's . They're slicing pepperoni, so thin that you can see through it today We got Pizza and 6 wings $30. At monroe stThe wings supposed to be garlic parmesan, so dry that you can see. Only a few drops stick in the bottom of the container. We pay $2 extra for cheese that I don't see and the Pizza is pale on the edges, They don't even know there needs to be cooked a little longer. To have crunchy golden Edge, it's awful i won't come back or recommend any of these Pizza places. Anymore.

Tasty pizza , totally wort it

I ordered from Pizza Hut several times and the dough was undercooked. I contacted support but no one helped me. I ordered a large Limo pizza and found the dough not fully baked and hidden under a lot of cheese. I attached a video as proof. The taste was very bad and unsafe. I would like a refund.

Second Pizza Hut I’ve had in the last 2weeks and there’s no toppings no flavours just bland over price bread aviod this company and make a pizza your self ,shame on you Pizza Hut once you was great and now your an embarrassment too pizzas 👎👎👎👎👎👎

What a horrible place will never go again worst experience, staff were ignorant never spoke to us even when putting food on the table. Couldn't even say what they brought. The food was terrible definitely not worth the money. Table wobbled and wasn't that clean. Never again.

If I could leave less than zero...Maybe a MINUS 10. BEWARE if you order from The Millertown pike location in Knoxville Tennessee They need to be shut down. They are awful. I placed a HUGE order on Super Bowl Sunday. The order was placed online before they even opened. They are incompetent and very rude. My party was ruined because of their stupidity. They are saying I received my order knowing good and well they didn't deliver it. I can't even get someone from corporate to address this. NEVER AGAIN will I order from this location.
