Pizza Hut Banstead, they lead you to deals then tell you(once you order) that there is a delay, once you have sent your order£££ they say there is an unusual delay at this moment in time, to which it arrives late and cold, then you try to argue your case and they don’t give a damn. The manager Mr. Russell Gibson , at 3000 green mountain drive. Branson mo. Was yelling and cussing as he was coming out of the kitchen when my children and I sat and waited for their mother , the GM at this location, to get off from work . My children will not go into your establishment because he scares them . He openly displays whit power tattoos on his leg , and plays highly inappropriate music . Very rude to customers. They repeatedly ignored my requests for their bosses contact information . Ive asked 8 times he's made countless employees walk out and quit because he body shames them and puts them down by calling them stupid and retarded. He tried to get the gm fired by taking pictures and sent them to the rgm. Constantly. Now he's living with the gm and in a romantic relationship. Isn't against your rules and regulations. I couldnt work there with her because of those same reasons. Seeking legal action against your ethics and policy violations and descrimination.

I am writing to file a complaint regarding a recent experience with an order placed through your app.
I ordered two large pizzas and was given an estimated delivery time of around 5:00 PM. We waited for the order, and after it did not arrive, we called the store and were told the pizzas were already out for delivery. The order did not arrive until just before 6:00 PM, and when it did, the pizzas were cold and not prepared as requested.
When we called the restaurant back, we were told that because it was an app order, they could not issue a refund, but that a credit would be attached to our phone number for our next order. Approximately three weeks later, we attempted to place an order over the phone, only to be told that no such credit existed.
Not only were we delivered food that ended up being thrown away, but we were also misinformed about compensation. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing, and at this point I do not feel comfortable ordering from your establishment again.
I am requesting that this issue be addressed and that we receive the refund or credit we were originally promised.

We purchased a big new Yorker, that was supposed to have , pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms and hot peppers and cheese. This was the worst pizza I've ever had. Whoever made that pizza and passed it to a customer need their ass wipped. The pizza had only pepperoni and sausage and tasted like cardboard. Pizza hut refused us a refund. I WII NEVER SPEND MY MONEY AT A PIZZA HUT EVER......

Had Pizza Hut recently, it was superb, haven’t had one from Pizza Hut for years, used to use them all the time, years ago, looks like they’re on the way back, much better than the competition again.

Myself and partner visited your Halifax restraunt on Sunday for the first time and I have to say it was delightful. Service was exceptional Harriet is a true credit to your business. It's lovely to see young adults taking pride in there work, very polite professional with a smile. Food was amazing. All round fantastic experience and we will be traveling to Halifax again and calling in.

I will never forgive this company for one of my first jobs many years ago. When I was 17 I worked 20 hours a week had never taken a day off sick always did my role to a professional standard. I was sent on a training course where half the staff didn't speak basic English and I was repeated asked questions about the history of pizza huts business. I told the trainer around 4 times that I didn't no the answer to these question I felt targeted there where 25 people in this room why was I being asked everytime I felt very anxious and embarrassed I didn't no the answers. The 5th time in a hour I was asked a question again in front of the whole group, I was sack for my response of, " I honestly dont no the answer to these questions I am just here part time to work and make money not learn the history's if the company. For this i was sent home without pay. The following day I returned to work to be told we dont want staff who dont care about the company's history. This was my only income I was given just £30 of my weekly wage l. Thay was my experience of this awful company. I am doing really well and 35 but will never forget how this company treats staff hope they treat their workers better now.

I am writing to formally complain about the extremely poor service I received today from the King’s Heath Pizza Hut Birmingham. And this isn't the first time.
I placed an order totalling over £40. When I initially called the store, the staff member who answered the phone hung up on me before I could even finish my sentence.
When my order arrived, the advertised promotion FREE CHICKEN WHEN YOU SPEND £15.00 was missing. I contacted the store again and the same staff member answered. He appeared unable to cope, was speaking to someone else while on the phone to me, and behaved in a very unprofessional manner.
I was then told that the £15 free chicken promotion was an online-only offer and that I would need to take the issue up with the online system. This information was not made clear at the time of ordering and was only mentioned after I had already spent over £40. I was effectively passed around with no accountability from the store.
Being hung up on, receiving an incomplete order, and then being redirected elsewhere without support is unacceptable. This experience falls far below the standard expected from Pizza Hut.
I would appreciate this matter being investigated and a response explaining how this issue will be resolved. I also expect steps to be taken to improve staff training and customer service at this branch.

I ordered from pizza hut application, before checkup the application asked me about delivery address, I set my home address, after 30 min I noticed that my pizza were delivered to my office address.
I contacted the support and after 24 hours they told me that nothing can be done, 45 pounds were just robbed.

Do not go to harriman !!! Awful experience!!! Waited hour and 15 minutes for carryout!!!! Awful experience!¡ would leave a zero star if I could

We order pizza for the family from here and the pizza is consistently great! Generous toppings and delivery is on time. Pizza is still warm when it arrives and the drivers are friendly. Would definitely recommend a take away from here!

Long water retail park in Norwich , decided to go Pizza Hut here today and feel very disappointed the lady who worked in there and served me was very rude and the attitude what came from her when spoken to was disgraceful. I regret coming in here and I won’t ever come back. And also my food had a hair in it and the ice cream tasted like it was off. Overall the experience I had in there was horrible and was mainly because of the staff.

Ordered a pizza for delivery but the garlic bread was missing. When we called the store, we were initially told we hadn’t ordered anything, even though we had an email confirmation showing the full order. After giving our details, they eventually found the order.

We then had to explain several times that an item was missing, only to be told they couldn’t do anything about it as they were closing soon and they have no drivers. This was raised at around 9:30pm and they close at 10pm. When we asked for a refund for the missing item, we were told to sort it out ourselves. Very disappointing customer service.
