I have order from foodora tonight! 3 pizza 2pommes . Pommes was too little old and cold, disgusting.
2of 3 pizza was wrong but all very old oily and cold.
Do they think they can do such a thing and people wont report them?
Even the foodora gave refund for 1of the pizza back .for sure will Reprt to Konsumentverket .

Horrible experience. Went there with my boyfriend and my mom AND SHE GOT A RASH ON HER ARM FROM LAYING IT ON THE TABLE THAT WE WERE SITTING ON. That’s how disgusting the tables are, super sticky and disgusting. My mom now has a rash on her arm!!!!! Thanks a lot for serving pizza with a side of RASH

At the counter in Malmoe I was told that the Visa transaction failed 2 times. But today I can see that that was not the case so now I have paid almost 700sek for a pizza...that's stealing..

The waitresses have no idea about the system and are not willing to help with the app?? she makes you feel like your stupid. I paid by mistake 3 times at this restaurant and yet each time I aske the waitress who was attended us she said it has not gone through until I called my back they sent me confirmation I have paid three times :{ its only until I spoke to a manager and she sorted things out - this was nightmare a place, I strongly advise go some where else, avoid this place.

I've never been in a situation like that before, I'm at my job and I've been on my feet since 10 in the morning to order food for my 30 min break and for my day to get better, you bring the coldest pizza I've ever seen in my life, have tried to eat a whole piece but unfortunately if you add a dog he won't eat it

Do not eat at Pizza Hut Klarabergsgatan 56, Stockholm. I ordered pizza from this Pizza Hut restaurant through Bolt Food. The delivery did not have all the items that I ordered (no chicken wings, no mayonnaise sauce, wrong drinks) and they took all the money (666 sek) and deducted nothing into the final bill. Food and drink got delivered in horrible shape.

I contacted Bolt Food and the restaurant. The restaurant staff told me I could come and get the missing items from them or get the money back and I said I wanted to get my money back. He said in that case I needed to talk to the manager. I called the manager and he told me to contact Bolt Food and if they do not help me, call him back at 16.00 and he would help me. Then I called him again as he told me to and he said there is NOTHING that the restaurant can do.

The total amount was just 49 sek which is $5 but it is robbing and the restaurant disrespects the customers. It also says that Pizza hut and this specific restaurant do nothing to keep the customers. The manager just tried to waste my time.

By the way, the quality of the pizza was horrible. I do NOT recommend it to anyone. Spend your money on some good food, not this crap.

I wanted to reach out to the folks at Pizza hut in South Colorado springs for an excellent service delivery. We really appreciate you. Keep up the good work.

All Covid 19 restrictions were in place, The food was great and we really enjoyed our safe visit.
