I ordered my pizza through the app and asked for pineapple only as I normally do. I was given an all cheese pizza and told that's what I selected. I ordered another pizza a few days later and was careful enough to select pineapple again and was given a pizza with olives. I called customer service again and was told maybe I'm the problem and I don't know how to use the app. I've been using it for 8 years with no issue until this week!! The agent I spoke to was very rude and condescending and refused to compensate me for their repeated mistakes. I would not recommend their pizza to anyone who expects to get their order right. They quality has gone down for sure.

The medium pizza I ordered a couple of months ago was great. Last week the party pizza was terrible. Doughy and tasteless.

My sister and I visited this location in Meaford Ontario in late April, 2026.
We were tired and hungry and had a hard time deciding what to order. The owners, Prithvi and Darshan, were so friendly and accommodating that we were immediately refreshed. The pizza selection we finally chose and the chicken bites were delicious. I highly recommend this company and would return anytime for a great customer experience. Wishing this couple all the best in their business venture❣️

I put in an order after 45min the order was still not delivered. I called customer service and she agreed it was over 45min and she said she would call the driver and put me on hold for ever. After another 10min passed the driver finally came. He said he never got a call from pizzaville customer service. I called customer service and the person said well did you get your order now. She said that it wasn't her I originally spoke to and she went on about how busy they were, offered no compensation for the delay and kinda of just wrote me off. My order was put in at about 1230pm not a very busy time for a pizza place. I told her that I wouldn't be ordering from them again and I would make sure that my family and friends that order from them will be stopping as well. Terrible customer service. To top it off my order was cold and some of the order was wrong!

if i could rate the experience as zero or minus , i would. I was robbed by your establishment who overcharged me for a delivery pizza, the item was a $19 large 3 topping pizza special, i was told after tax and payment upon delivery, the cost would be $22.30, but when the driver arrived, he charged me $27.40; and I still tipped him which forced me to pay over $30

My experience was great. Very friendly customer service. Place was clean. Food was good. Will definitely be going back

How they are still in business is beyond me. THEY HAVE NO IDEA OF HOW TOO CONSTRUCT A PIZZA OR HOW TO HANDLE THE DOUGH. THEY FLATTEN THE EDGES. PATTING IT DOWN LIKE A PANCAKE. END RESULT WAS NO CRUST EDGE AND GUMMY UNCOOKED CENTER.PIZZAVILLE HAS BEEN AROUND FOR A LONG TIME.....THEY CLEARLY DON'T CARE JUST CONTINUE SELLING PIZZA TO MAKE MONEY FROM THERE MANY LOCATIONS

I HAVE BEEN A PIZZA-VILLE CUSTOMER FOR A LONG TIME I WAS BORN IN CANADA AND PIZZA-VILLE WAS A STAPLE FOR US IN THE 80'S AND BEYOND I PURCHASED 3 PIZZA'S FROM PIZZA-VILLE FROM BOLTON,I HAVE BEEN BUYING FROM THE BOLTON LOCATION FOR 2 YEARS, BUT WHEN I ORDERED LAST WEEK, THE PIZZA WAS OVERLOADED WITH TOPPINGS BURNT AROUND THE EDGES AND THE PIZZA DOUGH WAS CHANGED,IT WAS NOT 00 DOUGH. SO WE MADE A DECISION TO THROW OUT THE PIZZA'S AND NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM BOLTON LOCATION.SOMEONE FROM HEAD OFFICE SHOULD GO OUT TO THE LOCATIONS AND PURCHASE PIZZAS AND SEE WHAT TERRIBLE PIZZA IT IS. AS A PIZZA-VILLE LOVER I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED AND THE OWNER SHOULD UNDERSTAND THAT SLAPPING A PIZZA TOGETHER IS NOT WHAT CANADIANS WANT

Has to be the worst pizzaville location.
They are a total mess. They don’t wear gloves when making the pizza, they are handling food, cash etc without gloves or washing hands. The orders are never correct , you have to wait an hour when you’re told to pick up in 20 min. Customer service department is even worse ! Lost a good customer!!!

Wow.....worst pizza company I ever dealt with. Can't even get an order right, rude staff and delivery drivers. "Customer service" reps have zero customer service experience. Made for an infuriating 2 hours of dealing with these people over their screw up over a simple order for pizza.
