Don't use this company. They have no common sense.
They are rude on the phone, blamed the business I ordered from???
Staff rude, need training in customer service at least.

I waited for my delivery only to be told they had tried to deliver at a certain time but no-one was in. They lied, the driver would literally have had to walk past me to make the delivery. Furthermore their Bideford depot told me it's not the first time this has happened with Saturday deliveries!

As a courier service they do what they do, they deliver. You cannot ask more than that.

Driver was friendly and delivered straight to my door, whereas some couriers try and leave them in a public area, where they are more often than not stolen.

Service paid for, they delivered as promised. One cannot ask more than that.

Unfortunately I’ve had to leave 1 star, they don’t deserve that rating, they are an awful courier service, 2 times we’ve had parcels delivered by pj’a couriers and both times we’ve had nothing but trouble to get the parcels delivered!

If you want to be effectively called a liar ... and spend your time knocking on neighbour's doors looking for your parcel, then PJCouriers (masquerading as APC Overnight) are the people to use!
