Just received what wil be my final order with them. Took far too long after delivering to wrong place and then they gave me wrong tracking advice. Also very slow in their replies and updates. A very stressful experience and I warn against using them. Never again.
Placed an order over two weeks ago. On the website they indicated "send under 14 days". To me, that means "product will arrive within 14 days". What they actually meant was "Product is not in stock, but will be available to ship within 14 days." If I had known this, I wouldn't have placed order. And the product isn't even available to ship after 17 days. (Small delay. Right.) When I complained via email, and said I would rate them poorly on Trustpilot if they didn't reply, they refunded my order, which is fine. They then added "We wish you best of luck finding these items on the market." I think we all know what that really means...
