Beware of this seller. I ordered an item and waited over two weeks for it to be shipped. The product was supposedly shipped, but it was delivered without tracking. After a month, the shipment was marked as completed, but it never arrived. I contacted them requesting delivery or a refund and received a refund. I did receive a refund, but if I had forgotten I ordered something, the money would have been lost and the shipment would not have arrived.

I ordered an item and recieved no order confirmation or receipt. After waiting a few days I contacted them.

Two days later I recieved a link to track my package which showed nothing. After 2 weeks of waiting with no update I recieved an email with no contact, just an invoice with minus figures against the order cost. I emailed again to ask what was going on and they replied 2 days later with an email literally just saying 'we see you have been refunded' no reason and more to the point no money has been refunded!

Stay well away from this joke of a company. They are as dodgy as they come and an utter waste of time!

Scam. Never received the toys I bought.

fake company. it's a scam I paid for stuffed animals for my twin babies and never sent them the post office in Germany reported them as a scam business
