If I could give 0 I would. On the 19 July I ordered a Cornus kousa | 5 Litre Pot and had to contact a number of times before this was delivered 21August. I was awful - on openi g the leaves were brown, curled or dead - photos and video sent. You would NOT have bought if you saw this! I was told it it wd get better but I cd return at my own expense for a refund. The original box had to be cut so cannot be reused and the cost of returning a faulty item would have meant the refund wd not cover repurchase of a similar item. I see this is a new company but the item should never have been posted out - instead an email to explain what had happened and an option to cancel provided. Please use with caution- Pictures and video can be provided
