My plant was delivered without the note some all my money and effort went to waste, do not order from here

I’ve been a repeat customer at Plantsome and have always had a positive experience. My most recent order took a bit longer to ship due to the Quebec winter, but that was entirely expected given I ordered in January. Despite the long journey from Vancouver, the plants arrived via FedEx in excellent condition. Each one was individually packaged with care and looked incredibly healthy. While summer shipping is faster, I chose to order now to secure some rare varieties that are hard to find in stores. It was well worth the wait for a safe shipping window! I highly recommend them.

Poor customer service. Unhelpful. Sent Canada post in a strike and lost plants have not been refunded. It’s been 3 weeks now. Company will not do anything until plants arrived. Will not purchase here again. Told others my experience too. Unresolved issue.

If I could rate half a star, that would be my rating for the Sanseviera Zeylanica plant I ordered from Plantsome. The plant that arrived look nothing like the advertise plant called “Gus” it was supposed to be extra large 80 inches tall instead two leaves it were 48 inches. The other leaves were 12-24”in height. The plant had dying leaves. Many of the leaves had holes where appears to be cut or tears and dried tips. Buyer beware this was a total rip off

I see where some people had some plants arrive DOA, but my little Tradescantia Nanouk arrived healthy and very well packaged. It is beautiful. I have ordered other plants on-line and had dead plants delivered as well, so I was so happy the plant is healthy. I am happy and I love the purple/pink color. I like how they give their plant names. I now have Willy adding his beauty to my plants on the kitchen window sill. Totally will buy from them again.

Plant arrived frozen and dead. It did have a heat pack included. Asked for a refund. No reply.

I ordered a "Grafted Ficus Ginseng Bonsai Tree" on Dec 31st, 2024 and as per their delivery timeline, they are supposed to ship the product and send me a shipping details maximum of 5/6 days after placing the order.

Then on January 10, 2025, I sent them an email after not hearing from them yet to know the status of the delivery. But I got an automated reply with a promise that soon someone will reach out to me with an answer. But it's now Jan 17, 2025, I still have not heard anything from them. If I go to the order page, it just shows the order has been placed. Eventually, I cancelled the order as I was leaving the country soon and nobody was at my address to receive the plant.

This is an extreme example of bad customer service. Now I started to think that maybe it was a clickbait and they never actually had the plant in stock. Probably they could not manage to arrange the plant and that's why never replied back to me. I will never go to this seller again to buy anything. I could have bought the plant from another site. There were two more sites offering Boxing Day discounts around that time for the same plant. Because of the Plansome, I lost that opportunity. So, buyers please be aware.

Plantsome Team Care made my experience all the better (plus of course the gorgeous plants I got from them) because of how fast they respond to my questions, the understanding and empathy they show with their answers and basically of just how absolutely nice of a team and company they are! My plants have always, always been perfect and I have been a customer for years.

All plants died during shipping because they didn't insulate the box or add a heat pack even though they say all winter orders come with an insulated box. They packed it like a local delivery with 1 piece of paper around the plants secured by an elastic. That's it. Nothing else. Shipped across country. Soil everywhere and dead plants and the response I get is sorry your plants had a cold journey, here's your money back. Pathetic.

I placed an order a while ago and I have had no updates nothing about my order. I placed quite a significantly large order and it’s really not even that cold at all it’s actually in the pluses so it’s not like it’s extreme weather. I have tried countless times to get a hold of them via their chat, Instagram, Facebook and even by commenting on their social media posts with nothing no responses
They do not have a phone number which is ridiculous considering that they are a company that is apparently very popular.
Not sure what it will take for them to respond but it is very bad business and if I don’t get a response soon I am going to have to contact BBB or something
I was so excited about getting these plants and everything I heard about this company but now I am very leery and wondering if they are actually a scam

Ordered 2 plants from them that never came as of yet. i tried to reach them via email twice and once on social media. You know i don't care what the ETA is but please answer your messages let me know you got my order. Are the plants i orderes even in stock. Something anything. My first orders were small cus i just wanted to sew how it would go and so far it's not going too well.

I have bought 12 plants from Plantsome over the course of 3 years, some small, some very large up to 170 cm. They all came very healthy, no bugs, no sickness. They grew very well now they are part of the family😊. We have grew more plants from the ones we got and 12 plants increased to almost 25! The pots are stylish too and the plants come with the pot you have selected. I have also bought decorational plant tables, vitamins and soil. The delivery is always great, recently the delivery person helped to get 170cm of banana tree to the second floor eventhough it was not his responsibility! I love Plantsome and would recommend it to anyone in the NL:)

Plantsome Canada has become my go to plant place. I have ordered many times from them and the plants have always arrived in pristine shape and very much alive. They have quite the variety of plants, something for everyone. And their prices are very reasonable.

I orded a zz raven and I got it 2 days ahead of the delivery day and my plant was in an excellent shape!! I love that online store!! Excellent service as well!!

I order from them about two weeks ago. The delievery was a bit slow but i did manage to get all of my 7 plants. 2 of them looked like they had a tougher times then the others. I quickly email the compagny and without questions, 6h later i had a refund !! They only thing i can say is that my plants did not come in the green box they advertise.

Received infested plants with fungus gnats and spider mites.

What a great service! First I had some troubles with my giftcard code, but they immediately helped me out! Next, I got my Plantbox (all nice plants) however one did not survive the trip. Without any problems, they send me a new one. Thank you so much!

all their plants are either half dead, infested, or on their way to die. They fail to do the only job they need to do, what a failure!
