Patience and resilience are the two main virtues demonstrated by Plan B and followed by transparent advise on deals offered by their competitors.
I have leased my cars from several suppliers. Plan B are the only one I became a repeat customer and I have no intention to leave them in future even if I get a better deal from elsewhere.

Happy so far worried I amy be less so at the end as I am unsure the car will meet the extremely high perfection expectation standards upon return and require a substantial pot of money to get it right for return no matter how slow or carful I drive I don't think I can avoid bumps, scuffs and scratches that everyday driving brings. I hope the warranty element stands up well that will be helpful in terms of easy change and collection and drop off for replacement tyres and any engine issues and services. If this is stress free and organised then I will possibly feel better.

Remember you can always come directly to us with any concerns you may have with your vehicle. We understand the nature of everyday use on a vehicle and so do the finance companies. So long as your lease does not exceed the length of the warranty on the vehicle everything under the warranty stands. For any further clarification regarding issues you may have with your vehicles condition or what you are entitled to as a customer of Plan, be sure to call us on 01992 248248 and someone on our team will settle any query's you have. We will also make sure to email over a copy of our fair wear and tear advice.

I contacted Plan for a personal lease and spoke to Ben. I was ready to go ahead with a lease as I knew what I wanted however Ben had other ideas. He promised to contact me before the end of the day with further details and final prices. Needless to say he didn’t, infact he didnt even bother to contact me the next day! I was really let down by Plan and felt Ben was really arrogant. Fortunately I found another company which is supplying the car I want for less and unlike Plan they value customers by giving them good service.

Hello Robert I'm sorry you've received your quotation a little late due to a family issue Ben had, this has been explained to you at length in an email Ben sent you to which you haven't responded. Family emergencies occur and I'm sorry Ben's Grandfathers illness has made you feel "really let down".
Ben also found the exact car you wanted which was different to the car you initially inquired on so comparing prices here may not be on a like for like basis. We are sometimes beaten on price if there's an exclusive deal in the market place.
I also have to disagree with your comment "Ben's really arrogant". I've never encountered that in Ben and most certainly wouldn't have him working here if I thought that was the case.
It's clear you feel Plan has let you down and I apologise for that but I do believe your review is harsh especially as Ben has explained the situation to you.
