Plan were great to lease from. The website is well setup to let you browse the range of vehicles on offer and configure any extras and then tweak the finances until you're happy with the price.

After my initial order there was an unexpected problem with the manufacturer - not Plan. As a result Plan had to change the spec of my car, but were very easy to deal with. The result was an even better deal on a higher spec vehicle delivered 7 weeks sooner than the first order.

I'm very happy with the car, sales service, delivery service and communications from Plan and would definitely recommend then.

Used Plan for my last 3 cars now and have still yet to find anyone that beats them on price and customer service.

Very professional, smooth service, the sales team are knowledgable and informative, the admin team are courteous, cheerful and most importantly very easy to get hold of! The team put up with my impatient pestering for the car, everything arrived on time and as specified.
Time to enjoy the car now the sun is here!

Very pleased with the service I received and any questions I had were answered quickly and professionally. The only improvement I would suggest is that as this was my first lease experience a more comprehensive "how it works and what to expect" would have useful.

I'm happy with Plan Car, and I spoke with a few lease brokers. Sales did a good job trying to find a car that might meet my needs, even when my first choice wasn't available. But the ladies in customer services were especially helpful, giving good advice and patiently answering all my questions and requests.
