Plarium is hands down the shadiest garbage app game company I have ever come across. They use every amoral psychological bs stunt known to predatory gaming simultaneously.
Their games aren't even games. They are shameless attempts at gambling addiction disguised as a game. Plarium is 100% a predatory company that runs nothing but fake free games, designed in the obvious manner of video game themed slot machines.
They are locked so far behind the nickel and dime paywall that literally every possible function is locked off, so that you must pay a nearly minute by minute stream of substantive cash, to play for more than 5 minutes every 2 days.
The pay wall is such a joke first you have to pay to get everything. Then you have to pay to level it.Then you need to pay to book it. Or you can go free to play and you will legitimately get the same thing ten years later and 9.98769 years after their absurd planned obsolescence makes it useless. Or they will enter a new game mode where the AI picks funny handi caps for you.... Like taking your three lvl 60 characters and locking them out and forcing you to fight with a food squad armed with unsharpened pencils. This is so you can experience " A true challenge." according to their fake review operators. But to the discerning eye it looks like they do everything and anything to keep new players from progressing. So unless your willing to spend literally thousands to barely budge the needle then Plarium isn't the company for you. But if you like running 30 something bucks of subscriptions per month for a garbage I phone Game and still having the bulk of the game locked behind a pay wall untill you spend insane money on top of the insane triple subscription you have to pay to get the same benefit as the normal subscription at any of the other freemium garbage games.

Customer service is absolute garbage. Do not waste your money...I did and would certainly not again....

I should explain my decision to discontinue the game. Apparently you are saying that the error is mine. I can accept that. What I can't accept is the 2 weeks you didn't help me with the problem. I couldn't get any action from you until I told you I was going to dispute the $400 I had spent on this one account. I have spent maybe $800 with your company. Poor service and taking no responsibility. Bad Show.

The damn pop-up everytime I start my laptop is super annoying. If I wanted to acces it then I would open the app on my own, it's just as annoying as raid's pop-ups. Instead of creating new features, focus on fixing your mistakes.

My log in information has worked for the years i have been playing on both accounts. one account has an issue and because i didn't have the original Email from years ago all the time and money i invested in the game has been stripped from me. i even went as far as giving them my ip, my personal emails, my streaming platform and following page and so on. still not enough for them. while talking to other main streamers from there page they where able to get there stuff back with less proof then i was told to give so if your not giving plariums pocket enough money they will just pee on you literally..

Plarium blocked my account and destroyed an entire clan.
I was playing on my account peacefully for 6 month , and became a chief of the clan. This clan was very developed and successful. After I made one purchase in the bank, my account was blocked without any valid reason, saying that I violated some terms. When I asked to explain me what exactly I did, support team refused. When I asked to remove me from the chief position, and assign another elder, they refused, so the clan got stuck with unavailable chief, without half of the important permissions.
They screwed up an entire clan without even explaining anything. And money that I spent there were not returned. I contacted my bank and asked them to mark my payment as fraudulent for any future transactions to this party. Support was unhelpful at all...

Take mutch my money end ban fro game after 4 years play. I lost above 3000euro. Don't trust plarium suport is all is limit to take you money. Trashed people's in this office. I give to Don't go on this platform .

Plarium Play doesn't have the option to log out on PC. Its absolutely awful. This means if you switch from phone to PC you are going to be unable to log int your phone account - waste of time. Plarium is already on thin ice as it is a gambling company not games company, and it shows. Parasites of the worst kind

Been playing Raid Shadow Legends for 2 months now. earned plenty of all types of Shard - but only received 4 Legendary Champs and no Mystical. Other friends of mine play now and again and have 30+ legendary and at least 5 + Mystical without playing for any item. My friend did not know about promo codes just seems to get a shard and get legendary or rare each time. Some users given everything whilst they try to fleece others into playing large amounts of cash - will be letting everyone i know dont play Raid - come to think of it Dont Play Plarium Games just avoid

Dont play his games except if you are an -100 iq you will pay lot money for nothing spend your money on real games.
Please someone need sue this company sue fast as possible in great britain ,USA,france .......ect

Developers do nothing about harmful content with no way of reporting this easily, including racist gamer tags and chat. The business model is manipulative and gameplay is often frustrating for many reasons, such as matchmaking balance issues, poor rewards and nerfs to push you to buy more. These have been going on for several years now with little regard for the player base. Shame on you Plarium.

Raid shadow legends is a great game until you have a support issue.

I was playing tides of fortune since 2015. I spent a lot of money on up grades and jewels ect. I didn't play for months done day I thought I log in and see how things were going. I couldn't believe it, everything I worked and payed a as gone. I know for a fact I put everything in the proper place so I would loose my men or ships. I had about thirty thousand ships and men. When I reported to platinum support. They pretty told your screwed they were not going to do anything about it. I sent them the screen shots and everything even the recipients from facebook everything. I came to realize why would they fix this issue
They thought I would take it and play on rebuild everything. Screw them they are a company out of Russia and they know their is not a dam thing anybody can do to them. So they get away with taking advantage over gamers.
This company is dirty and disgusting to rip people off and not holding business standards. They only care of profit margins. I was playing Lost Island Adventures again I spent money. Now I can download my progress. Bunch of low life bottom feeders. I don't understand why there isn't a law to stop this company from allowing to put their games in other countries. They should be boycotted from placing their cheating ass games in other countries. Should shut this company down and charge them with fraud. That is what needs to happen don't allow them to keep doing this gamers.

So like other users I spent quite a lot of money on this game. first time on a 10x event a year ago trying to get a character. I literally purchased every single void shard pack they offered and still didn't get the character. I understand the statistics so I made sure to never ever that mistake again.

So a few months ago.... being stupid I again spent a lot of money almost 750.00 USD to get Valkenen a void lengendary. his ability 3 states the damage is based enemy max hp. I sent in a support request and was told his a3 doesn't interact with enemies. yet his a3 adds 2 debuffs weaken and true fear. so obviously the tech has no idea what he's talking about. this is the most blatant form of false advertising.... it's just a lie. I asked for a supervisor and got no response in return.

I played this game for years. Maxed my account. Sunk countless dollars into it. Was by far my favorite game ever. However it ended about a year ago. When a huge pack was released. Only to some players. This wasn't a normal pack. It was huge containing enough supplies to change the game for someone. It was sold for 4.99$ usa money. Like I said it wasn't offered to everyone. I feel that this was an unfair thing they did. It put newer players who got it in a position to be stronger than much older players. I worked and grinded and spent thousands to get to where I was. This one move by plarium made me leave the game. It was so unfair . A kick In the teeth for most like me who did not receive it. I have sent hundreds of tickets about this unfair conduct. But they refuse to act. The claim no control over packs. Witch is a lie. Plarium created that pack and selected the players who received it. No one else was offered this special offer. I have begged them to make it right. They refuse.

Played RSL for 4 years. I understand the shady practices but if you get your money at least balance the game and add some actual new content (not the mess that is sintranos that you probably made in less than a month after a year of complaining from the playerbase about the lack of new content). Like what is fun here? Spending money aint fun, i buy fun with money but spending money itself isn't fun. So i spend money and I don't get anything in return. You expect me to buy energy and then work night and day for a single champion? So i have to give you money and work... Live Arena is the thing that all of the players feared, straight up kraken wars. If you spend more, you'll win. Level 100 endgame players being matched against level 60 with like 5 6* champions on the whole account... I say this without exaggeration. They are the worst gaming company of all time, the worst developers and i could in all honesty not be able to look myself in the mirror if i was a developer for plarium. If someone asked me what i was doing I'd say I'm unemployed (and that's basically the truth). Worse then EA, Activision, Blizzard. They actually have content even if it is lifeless shellz it's still new content that you can play through. RSL used to have potential even though it was always a gacha game it head certain potential even with a greedy company behind it it still had it. Nowadays i wouldn't recommend this game to a worst enemy. Shame on everyone who works for that company even the cleaner personnel.

Hundreds spent on raid shadow legends for very little back. Game play gets so difficult for anyone except the rich. Utter joke.

It's a great gaming service because there's a real abundance of video games, and most importantly most of them are completely free of any charge!
I am a gamer myself, so I can't miss the opportunity to test something new, even from an unknown developing studio. But, props to Plairum, there are games from very famous video games studios.
I guess with this service I will definitely forget about the existence of reality, lol.
