CUSTOMER DISSERVICE

Poor customer service, Care factor 0 about game issues that cost players money.
Responses from customer disservice are cut and pasted from plarium playbook if we don’t care we have your money already.
I tried to write a useful review that truly reflects the company I think I am spot on.

Vikings lag disgraceful

The lag during stronghold siege and towers in kvk fury is really bad. Considering how much people spend per month on the game, the service provided is horrendous.

You wouldn't expect a game to be that bad if it was free. Never mind paying thousands per year.

Fairness not in Plarium comprehension

My entire clan in Vikings is breaking apart and quitting over Plarium ban of a friend.

No warning or reason given for the ban. No opportunity for a defence. Draconian punishment.

That is the way Plarium does business. So don't spend thousands on Plarium games and then expect to be treated fairly if you have a problem.

I and 23v of my clanmates have gad enough of Plariums particular blend of arrogance and incompetence. We are all quitting. Sorry i did not do it 2 years ago.

Played RAID for 6 months

Played RAID for 6 months, worst experience in gaming I’ve ever had. I wish I would have read some honest reviews of it prior to playing. Once I was pot committed (spent money) I tried to stick it out but the bugs, lag, changes to game mechanics just to get people to spend, finally got me to just stop altogether. it’s seriously the most ethically bankrupt game developer on the planet!

Do NOT play this game. There is a large group of players including myself currently fighting with customer support over bank offers they did not follow through on.
They offered bank offers 1/4 which would imply there are offers 2/4, 3/4, and 4/4. After enticing players to purchase the 1/4 offer, they failed to provide the other 3 subsequent offers, refused to provide refunds, and refused any other form of remedy. Here's how their customer support always responds to issues. Their response that "buying a package does not impy that you will be offered another one subsequent to the first"... isn't that EXACTLY what an offer of 1/4 imply?

This was their response to not following up with the three offers after 1/4....
"Thank you for contacting the Plarium Support Team.
Please note that buying a determined package does not imply that you will be offered another one subsequent to the first. As we informed you earlier, we cannot influence the selection process as it takes place automatically depending on your in-game actions. Please be patient and you will see that other interesting offers will soon appear in the Bank. Stay tuned to not miss any of them!
If you have any other questions we will be glad to help you. Enjoy the game! "

Plarium only cares about money the…

Plarium only cares about money the could give 2 sh*%s about the end user if you are loaded with money you will have no problems moving ahead in the game, but if you are a F2P forget it save your money and pass they are a B.S. Developer. Greed is the only thing that matters to them they take your hard earned money and give nothing.

I decided last week to try playing the pirate game. Everything was going well until today. Supposedly the plarium play site is not affected by the fact flash is going down. Well today december the 13th after loging in and actually buying a package this morning, I log back in to the game and everything is gone. back to restart. Not even going to bother with a ticket because i know from experience the will never get back to me. Fair warning people. The plarium games are good but the group running them are scam artists and small time crooks. Period. Not even interested in any excuse they may have. This has happened to often now.

Don't trust Palarium/Aristocrat Technologies Australia Pty Ltd

1. They don't deliver what you paid for.
2. Delivery is slooooooow.
3. I actually had to logout then log back in several times for my purchase to show up.
I purchased a package but all they delivered was some Rubies that were half the amount offered and
non of the other stuff in the package.
I am glad I didn't pay a lot.

The worst of the worst

The worst of the worst.
I have over 12 months experience with games produced by this company. Without any hesitation, the first thing that comes to mind is "Morally Bankrupt"
This company blatantly lies to its players, time and time again (This is not an errant claim, but can be demonstrated. Simply google "Plarium lies about Raid")
Furthermore, they release the most unstable of patches, ruining thousands of players accounts... and offer no compensation and barely even apologies.
Their main game (Raid,Shadow legends) is a bag of garbage that is designed for one thing and one thing only: To strip players of their cash.
It is a gatcha game where bugs are abundant and rarely, if ever, fixed.

Do NOT deal with this company on any level.
Do NOT install any of their games. Ever.

Plarium are the cess pool of moral failure that every gaming company should aspire to be better than.

Suspicious

Very suspicious 5 star reviews, considering the company is based in Israel, Ukraine, and Russia, and all of the 5 star reviews come from Israel, Ukraine, and Russia, and all the accounts that wrote a 5 star review have only ever written one review. I wonder if that means something.

Plarium doesn’t care about your account

My account got hacked and, although I was able to reclaim it, I wrote the support about it. I wanted to ask if they plan to introduce 2 factor authentication to protect accounts better.

The first answer was an automated one. Okay, no problem. The second one was them saying that I probably just logged into a wrong account...
Yeah, right. With my email and my password I logged into an account, which happens to have exactly my stuff, but is in a polish clan and channel.

After replying once more if they will take measures to make our accounts more secure they simply stated and I quote:
“ The email and social network security is the sole responsibility of the account holder. Plarium claims no liability for any losses or damages incurred as a result of third-party security lapses.”
Wow... they really care about their players!

Well done, Plarium, well done.

Plarium is becoming censors more & more…

Plarium is becoming censors more & more like CNN or Facebook. I had beef w the PoP clan, used their smaller "Open" clan to attack them, lol, then I get msg from Plarium saying I violated terms. So much for awesome strategy. All someone on Vikings has to do in this game is Narc on you, make stuff up about you, after all the $ you spend, then Plarium jumps in to censor or moderate you. It is B.S. Vikings & Plarium is getting worse by the day.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
