Absolutely shocking company and I will…

Absolutely shocking company and I will avoid in future. After spending £14 on different coloured acrylic samples I placed an order for two 3m acrylic sheet on the 7th April. They didn't delay in taking my £230 for the order! On the 14th April I got an email from Hayley informing the 5mm was out of stock but I could have the 5mm and to let them know. I replied to the email and asked why it had took them a whole 7 days to communicate this with me. I got an immediate response saying to use the ticket number in any correspondence. I was unsure if I my email had been sent so I sent a new email with the ticket number they provided. A few hours later I got a response.........the exact same email apologising for the 5mm being out of stock!
I have just spoken with customer services now on the phone and it was Hayley who answered. I asked her my question that I had emailed. She stated that the email from the stock department was only sent to her on the 14th and she immediately emailed me. I asked why they had left it 7 days and she had no answer. I asked when the 5mm was going to be back in stock and she replied that it had been discontinued!!!
Absolutely shocking service and customer service.
I have cancelled my order and asked for my refund.
I now have to shop again for this and my new kitchen is left unfinished due to their lack of care.

Great product

Great product. It's difficult to get single replacement windows without a high cost and after a hard search.
The Plasticsheet company are well priced, quick to supply and the sheets are delivered well protected.
Excellent experience.

Farcical incompetence

The incompetence of this company is breathtaking! I ordered two sheets of polycarbonate cut to size plus one tube of StixAll sealant on 7th October. One month later and the order has still not been fulfilled correctly. Two sheets of polycarbonate cut to the wrong size and no sealant arrived. Kept waiting for an answer on the phone for twenty five minutes - tried to leave a message on their machine - it was full! Received a response to my email which eventually resulted in correctly cut polycarbonate but still no sealant despite having queried this 3 times. Eventually after one month, the sealant has arrived- NOT the one I ordered! No explanation as to why. How can they get so much so wrong?

Perfect replacement

After a little accident with my original shed window, I ordered a replacement that was cut to size, it arrived in good time and in perfect condition and fitted exactly, I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Late delivery and missing items

Bought a range of cut plywood with express delivery. There was no confirmation of delivery times and I was ghosted by the business. After asking for a refund, it turned up the next day - 1 week late and missing one of the size sheets I ordered. Still no answer from the business. AVOID.

Unacceptable - AVOID!

Unacceptable. Don’t waste your time or money.

This has been my worst experience. The quality is ZERO. The plywood arrived scratched, with holes, and completely unusable. I requested 60 cm, but they delivered 62 cm — totally wrong and useless for my project.

On top of that, this caused delays in my work and affected my ability to deliver on time.

I am still waiting for my full refund of £97 after all these inconveniences.

Very disappointing service. Avoid.

Slow delivery, damaged product & lack of communication

Slow delivery, damaged product & terrible lack of communication.
I ordered 6 small cut to size plastic sheets on 25th Feb. Having heard nothing, I emailed requesting details of a delivery date on 11th March & received a reply the next day saying they’d prioritise the order. It was finally posted on 19th March & arrived on 21st- damaged. The outer packaging was fine so the damage had not occurred in transit. The protective film over two sheets of the plastic I ordered were scuffed all the way through, and whilst one plastic sheet was not noticeably damaged below the film, there are three very obvious scuff marks on the other which makes it unusable. I emailed them on 22nd March, sending photos of the damage & asking for details of how to obtain a replacement for that one sheet, but heard nothing at all back- ironically other than a request that I review the transaction! I sent another chaser email on 31st March regarding the damage & how to get a replacement, but have still heard nothing at all. I’ve spent £16.99 on 6 small sheets of plastic for a project that I am now unable to complete due to the damage & PlasticSheets.com appear to be stone walling me. I held off reviewing the transaction in the hope this could be resolved & I could at least review saying that there had been some sort of resolution which renewed my faith in them- but sadly it appears that this is not going to be the case.

Broken promises and failed to deliver on time.

I ordered some Polycarbonate sheets on the 19th of March so they could arrive before the Easter Weekend to allow me to complete a project. Despite me having to keep chasing them to get any information about my order and being told not to worry I will receive it before Good Friday, I did not. The delivery company are now closed over the holiday period and wont reopen until Tuesday the 7th, which is exactly what I wanted to avoid and why I kept chasing them. I am very disappointed with the service this time as I have used them before and didn't have any issues. I will now consider looking elsewhere after being let down.
