After Michael helped on the phone to get it working enough so that I could use it that evening, he then dropped by the next day to troubleshoot getting it working 100%. He then wouldn't let me pay as 'it was only 5 minutes work'. Absolutely fantastic help and I'll be ringing him again!

Our house is old with narrow doorways and nooks and crannies. Unfazed they both dismantled old appliance and painstakingly delivered the new, with such good humour and genuine friendliness. They went beyond the call of duty. I would recommend any business that requires a reliable, friendly, customer focused delivery service look no further.
