I just made my second $20.00 deposit from using this app. Takes a little time but they are definitely on the up and up, folks! Playful Rewards is a definite winner in my opinion! If you like playing games and getting monetary rewards, then this is your go to for both. They have come through every single time for me. Keep in mind, this is not a get rich quick plan. Here’s what you do: Play a couple games, get points, fill up your points bar, then you can cash out. Don’t download any games you’ve already played on your device. It has to be a completely new install. Otherwise you won’t get the points for that game. Finally and here’s a great tip: install games that don’t have any expiration dates in the game. And you don’t have to pay anything in the games unless you want to. Personally I don’t. It makes earning points harder and you get discouraged. I only wish someone had told this to me when I started. Live and learn I guess.

Love it makes money

FIRST complaint, it promised payout after certain achievement & that kept changing. SECOND, it did not credit the monetary awards correctly, it consistently shorted my account. THIRD, when I finally reached the new required milestone to cashout almost 4 months later & having already dealt with their ever changing requirements, I applied for my cash out. Yes you have to apply for it. Then they banned me from using their platform. Save yourself the issues and download FREE CASH or FETCH instead.

Would give zero stars if I could . My horrible experience is related to cashing out . I’ve had this app for about a year , but hadn’t gotten enough coins to cash out until last week. I went to verify and kept being met with an error. I spent literally a week going back and forth with customer service . At one point they told me to use a differ t phone number (can’t be a voip number ) not everyone has a 2nd cell phone number . Finally a day ago they asked me to send a picture of my ID and a selfie . After that I was able to cash out . My issue is why couldn’t someone of done that a week ago ? If that was an option to fix it they could have done it a lot sooner instead of wasting my time for a week .

This genuinely has to be one of the worst rewards app out there. Do not ever attempt to download/use it. It's very sketchy, support takes forever to reply, my first cashout took 8 days because of the constant back and forth, and in the end they haven't payed me $250 of milestones I completed.

Hope this disgusting LLC gets shut down!!

Played for a while and got my first $50 cash out fine. Then saved up for a $100 cash out and after I requested it they banned my account saying I got the points too fast and did not give me the reward.

I have been using this for about a year now. The only complaint I would ever have is sometimes (but very rarely), you won't get credit for a milestone, but the customer service is ALWAYS fast, friendly and helpful! Great selection or games and fast redemptions. My favorite app from games and offers!

Absolute SCAM
I have played dozens of games and it said it was tracking and I have NEVER received any rewards. They say to complete 3 steps and you receive $20. Complete lie. I did this several times with several games and it never rewards you a dime. Complete waste of time. Especially after watching the ads.

Had a problem accidentally deleted my email to get my rewards so I got in touch with playful rewards got onto one of their team called James who sorted everything out for me in no time at all absolutely brilliant service once thank you playful especially James 10/10

The app was great at first but then as soon as I was getting to good pay outs an instant ban and all payments forfeited . Said due to use of a VPN which since I allowed all games to be tracked as requested makes no sense total con

They sent me $20 and I didn't even notice it was that much. These. Other apps make you play all these games for $1 smh

A few days ago I left a great review for this app but hadn’t had much experience. I was able to cash out 3 times $10 each time successfully to paypal, and my progress on one of the games was over level 500. I first noticed the surveys were kicking me out and I started only getting lower points surveys, and then I was not able to access the gaming section to check progress on games I had started. I will not be using this app anymore, I may report and do further reviews to attract more attention to this and let people know to avoid. I did send my ID as was requested to verify my account and I am now worried about potential fraud. Please avoid this app as things may go alright for a week or two but eventually the earnings potential will go down, al’s like these make money from advertisers and commissions so don’t help them get ahead while they take advantage. I won’t waste further time even reaching out to them because I already know what to expect from other reviews I read before I started using. I am glad I didn’t have a balance remaining unpaid.

I’ve have used many of these apps that give you money for playing games. This to me was one of the worst.
Pros: I like that they tell you how many points you need for your next payout and I like a lot of the games that they offer. They also seem to give you a lot of time to complete the milestones.
Cons: But there were a lot of problems that I encountered trying to reach that first payout. There were games that started tracking but when I got to the higher payout points, it would stop tracking or it wouldn’t pay out the amount of points that they listed on the progress list. They also make it impossible for you to get the $10 weekly challenge. One of my challenges was to complete an offer that wasn’t a game, but every offer I started would not track. I emailed them several times to tell them about issues I was having but every time they would not accept responsibility. I just missed out on many of the points that I should have gotten. I would have gotten two payouts if it was tracking properly.
I gave them two stars because I did finally reach my first payout, but it seems a little scammy to me that all of the games stopped tracking properly when I got to the higher point milestones.

They make it clear what is needed to earn rewards. The system is easy to use and payments are made very quickly.

Horribly atrocious support. Why can't I put 0 stars for a FRAUD of a company and app? They are unresponsive, show little care. When attempting to connect using their Zen Desk to ask for help. The staff immediately vanish when it comes to anything related to pay out. They avoid, ignore, and steal your earnings.

Earnings that they will pocket themselves as the HORRIBLE rates and amounts are insane. Do NOT use this app. There are plethora better ones, Freecash, Swagbucks, Reco Social, etc.

Their conduct should be condemned. Go elsewhere! Use anything else but them! Stay away from these scammers.

I used this app for several months and for the most part it was good. They need to improve on their tracking. Several games/offers I started were never added to my list of active games so I wasn't able to continue playing them. My first time contacting customer service was positive and they responded quickly. The second time I was given the run around and given false information. After I proved that they were wrong, they credited my account. The next day my account was closed and I was banned for supposedly using a VPN and misconduct, and my pending $20 payout was denied. I have never used a VPN and I have used money making apps for over 5 years now, and I have never been banned or had any problems with my conduct. This app cost me money instead of making me money. I would not recommend using it to anyone.
