PlayoutONE is disrupting their industry with a super product that is very well priced and backed by the best service in the industry. Recently they introduced a number of new capabilities that their competitors are scrambling to catch up with. How different and client focused is PlayoutONE? For the first 6 months the support tech I was working with, was in fact was their CEO.

This company has been excellent right from my first contact with them. They helped me through the process of developing the Alexa skill that I needed. They solved all the problems that existed in ensuring my station White Cliffs Radio could be found on Alexa. This was not straightforward as my broadcast software did not automatically provide the required link that would have made the job easier. I have had a few problems in the last year which was down to my broadcast software and each time PlayOut one solved the problem very quickly to get the Alexa working again. Chis is very helpful. I would recommend them very time.
