DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I ordered grey trainers but received brown. Despite numerous requests they refuse to provide a refund or exchange. They have now stopped replying to my emails. Learn from my experience and do not buy anything from this company

Like previous reviews this is an absolute terrible company to deal with. I ordered boots from here and they arrived within 2 weeks but were the wrong size. I repeatedly emailed them to ask for a refund or replacement only to be told every time that they had sent the correct item and I was to have a nice day...even though I sent the order confirmation and a photo of the size I received they wouldn't listen or do a thing about it. Absolute con merchants...avoid at all costs.

Chased and Chased my order - sent wrong colour shoes and still complete order not received. Here are some of the replies to so many emails:
‘We have sent your anpther package to the wrong address, we already resent it to you’

On receipt of only part of my order with the wrong colour shoes 7 weeks later they did not take my honest complaint as true they want photo proof! See below:
‘Thanks for your email.
We really want to help you, but would you like to provide a picture of the product you received?(less than 1MB)
We will give you the best solution as we checked.
Have a nice day!‘

They constantly ask for the same information to stall the complaint and always finish off with have a nice day which I told them not to do..they were ruining my day with their excuses.

I will never use this company again, 2 to 3 months sending emails etc asking where my trainers were, in the end they arrived the wrong colour and were cheap and nasty, please don’t waste your money on anything from this company.
I am not going to bother complaining as they don’t care and I’m not going to get any more worked up than l already am.

I MADE the massive mistake of making a purchase, a pair of boots, for my mother in law in January. It is now 2 months later and after numerous emails asking where my item is I have been told repeatedly it is going to be delivered. I have now asked for a full refund and they have just ignored me. They are now refusing to answer my emails. This company PLMMHERE should be rated in minus numbers they are that bad. The saying "if it looks to good to be true..." is very appropriate for these charlatans and scammers.
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I've been trying to get this company to address my issue as not only did they send me the wrong size but they sent me the wrong colour - they initially answered my query and said they sent what I ordered but as they don't issue details to the purchaser of full details of order I asked them repeatedly for a copy of tge c9nfirmation document from their system but I still await this and they now will not answer my emails.

They're an appalling company - NEVER again.

I bought these boots a size bigger than I would usually buy as I have wide feet. They arrived and do not fit. Asked to return them and the company said that as they had sent the right product they would not allow them to be returned or refunded. Waiting for paypal to deal with this now so hopefully they will issue a refund. Extremely poor customer service. Don’t buy from this company!

Shocking awful appaling... need I go on. Sent me the wrong size and despite photographic evidence they claim I am in the wrong.

As with the other poor reviews. This company is shocking. I ordered blue trainers. When they arrived they were 2 sizes too big and a totally different colour/design. When I send them photo evidence they just reply

‘Thanks for your email and sorry for the delay.
After checking with our warehouse again, you indeed ordered this item and there is no problem with the item.
Please check again carefully ,please confirm.

They are devious and con merchants. Do not trust them

I wish I had read the reviews here before I ordered off this company. Extremely poor quality items and the company does not accept returns. Avoid at all costs.

I just wished I saw these reviews before I ordered from this company. I ordered a pair of winter boots UK 6 what arrived was Size 40. The package did not arrive with return/exchange labels so I sent an e mail to request one. A reply came wanting a photo of the boots. I sent a photo and a screen shot of my actual order form which actually shows a picture of the boots and UK6 next to the photo. 5 e mails later they state they sent what I ordered ( which they didn't as Size 40 is UK7 !!! )They will not refund or exchange .Also 2 replys from them were in Chinese so I question if this company are actually British at all.? Anyway BUYER beware. The worst company I ever dealt with!!!! I actually didn't want to give any star but this was not an option!!!

Item arrived very late and was of poor quality. It did not fit or look like the published picture. I asked for a refund but they refused.

Please AVOID ordering from this company , ordered a pair of boots in correct size but are too tight , also boots are too short on the leg , it doesn't not state that they will not do refunds when I ordered and they are refusing now to give refund .

Avoid purchasing anything from this website.
I would normally be more discerning, but with no retail currently open I decided to take a chance in ordering a pair of orthopaedic trainers. They arrived after nearly 4 weeks and were of extremely poor quality (they would probably disintegrate after one or two wearings). They were very poorly manufactured and smelt very strongly of glue. They looked nothing like the image on the website and were too big, (despite ordering my regular size).
They are refusing to refund, stating that they sent the size I ordered.
Avoid!!

Poor quality footwear did not fit refused refund
They are uncontactable
I’m warning social media to warn the public

I didnt want to leave any stars as these shoes are really bad quality & no way orthopedic as stated
They were also faulty with the eyelets not secured in properly & diamontes missing
They wanted me to accept a insulting £2 compensation when l said no they upped it to £3 which again l refused stating l didnt want the shoes but wanted my money back

Wish I had seen this first. Company not based in UK.. Impossible to get a sensible answer from the customer support by email. I bought the boots for my mum and presumed it was a brand she knew from UK until I checked (after i had sent payment).

I bought some trainers from Plmmhere and after waiting weeks for them to arrive they had no resemblance to a UK size or fitting. Very poor quality and not to be worn. Their customer service was appalling and refused a return and refund. I should have read their company policy before buying as it is not customer friendly. They should be shamed but frankly I don't think they care. Don't use them.

I have just stupidly bought a pair of boots from this company and am horrified to find through my PayPal account that it is the same company in China from where I bought a pair of trainers last summer. The payee is a company called Wacurrent,Co., Ltd. I actually thought that they were a UK company as they advertise as Plmmhere UK . The trainers didn’t look anything like the picture in the ad and didn’t fit either, although I bought a size up. There was no point returning them as the cost would have been prohibitive. I have absolutely no expectation that these boots will be anything different. I bought them on the 2nd of January and I still haven’t received any information regarding delivery nor do I expect to.... the will probably arrive sometime in February, if at all. All I can say is Caveat Emptor. It is entirely my own fault but for those of you out there all I can say is DO NO NOT buy anything from any of these sites that advertise on Facebook unless you check them out here first.

I would advise anyone considering using this site to stay as far away from it as possible. The boots I ordered were 2 sizes too small. After contacting the service dept. (I mean 'no' service dept.) I was told that I could neither return them for an exchange for the correct size or apply for a refund.

PLEASE read their terms and conditions if you do use them.
