It was a very bad experience
It was a very bad experience. I bought an interesting and potentially useful plugin, which actually has a very serious bug in the UI, which makes it impossible to use it in professional work. The next day, I sent a request to the support service to return my money and close the license, because I do not want to use such a poor-quality product. However, so far my request has not been granted. Very poor product quality and poor customer service quality. I'm very disappointed.

Trouble in Plugin Boutique Upgrade-land...
I bought an upgrade to a plugin I already owned.
I thought that I’d just write the v.1 serial number somewhere in the Plugin Boutique order and be able to download the update - but no, when I clicked the download button it guided me to send mail to Plugin Boutique's support email. Turned out that Plugin Boutique's support working hours are from Mon to Fri 9-5 pm and it was already Friday evening - so I had to wait until Monday to get my update… I also tried to get te Twangström licence, but the ordering page wouldn't let me add it.
I thought I might be able to add it later on in the order - but that moment never came, so I still don't have it... The support answered me on Monday and so far they've been helpful and I finally got the upgrade. But I haven't seen a system like this in years where you have to wait days for the licence to arrive!

With regards to third-party registration and installation processes, unfortunately, it is the manufacturer who decides upon the framework of these and consequently, we have no control over this.
However, I completely understand how cumbersome software setups can be, especially when needing to create separate accounts at the manufacturer's websites as well as having to download and install third-party installation/authorisation licence applications.
