I had a terrible experience with this company. During the installation of wall insulation, they blocked the ventilation gap needed for the bathroom. I contacted them repeatedly to have the issue corrected, and every time I was told someone would get back to me — but no one ever followed through. After weeks of chasing, their final response was astonishingly unprofessional: “Unfortunately, we can't come to fix it. You fix it and bill us.”
This shows a complete lack of accountability and customer care. Not only did they create the problem, but they also refused to take responsibility for fixing it. I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this company with any work.

Today I had a conversation with adviser from Pluimers Isolatie: it was professional and to the point.

I already have some isolation in place, and for the rest of things that can be isolated, the conclusion was that using them will not make sense for me. So they did not try to make me sign with them at any cost.

Instead I got some insights in the situation of my house and some tips on what I can do myself to improve the isolation of my home.

Today we did our wall isolated by pluimers. Roman and Arthur are very professional and they did the job very well.

Pluimers installed new HR++ windows into my existing wooden frames. The measurements, manufacturing, and installation were completed within the timeframe initially estimated. The installers were polite, did an excellent job with the windows, and cleaned up after themselves. Additionally, they covered a few years-old holes in the wall, unrelated to the windows, for free, which may have improved my house's insulation even more than the window change. The workers were courteous, spoke English proficiently, and explained all relevant information about the windows. One of the workers, named Stefan, informed us that he had 20 years of experience in this field, which was evident in the quality of his work and the knowledge he shared with us.
The windows come with a 10-year warranty, and based on my previous interactions with the company, I don't anticipate any issues should I need to use it. I highly recommend this company, and I trust them to complete any work they are willing to undertake.
