I had to make it a priority to provide this review as a result of the excellent service that I have received from Plumbstop in Bridgwater.
I was searching for a long-discontinued item and found it at Plumbstop. From the very first moment that I contacted them I have received exceptional Customer Service. Special mention to Sean, Owen and the Manager James - all of whom embodied the true meaning of customer satisfaction. Having identified the part and confirmed availability, James took all the details in order to ship the part to me - as we are 200+ miles apart! These days you don't encounter that many positive experiences, and when you do they are worth highlighting. THANK YOU Plumbstop Bridgwater - you are exceptional.

Saved from a yet another domestic plumbing crisis by Nigel's knowledge and help. Imparting help and information was the priority with a very cheap solution that worked.
This is the third time my girlfriend and I have been similarly assisted.

I have been running my own business for many years in South Wales,
I was on the verge of shutting it down in 2018 and moving on to do something else due to the difficulties in getting products at the right prices, the budget priced internet companies selling below average products.
Then on passing I discovered Plumbstop in Newport, I made a few purchases and was immediately impressed with the knowledge, friendly front facing staff, made to feel welcome and they remember your name.
Great products and prices, very helpful and well stocked with all you need to get the job done, so refreshing and with so many failing businesses I really hope Plumbstop are here to stay, cannot recommend these guys enough.
