We have put together some of our favourite tips and tricks that we’ve found help get the most out of your product!
We always advise you to ensure your lips are clean, dry and moisturised before each usage, and it can also help to make sure you are well hydrated as this can impact your results.
Using a lip scrub beforehand can also really help improve your results, as this helps to encourage blood flow in your lips.
As our product contains active ingredients to open your capillaries, you should feel a warm tingling sensation after application. We really recommend starting off with just one click of the product, getting used to the tingle and then building up your clicks and layers of product from there 🥰
You can apply any balms or lipsticks you like before the product if you find the tingling is a little too intense for you (we do also have our Volumising Lip Oil, which is instant results without the tingle!!). Applying these won’t stop your product from working whatsoever, but they can make it a little more comfortable to use.
We suggest massaging the product into the lips using the applicator, as this can help stimulate blood flow and improve your results.
As the active ingredients in our Volumising react with your body to produce results, it does mean that results do vary from person to person, and some people need more layers and clicks than others! This is why it is safe to apply the product as much as you would like throughout the day!
Simply does not work
I bought the instant lip plumper and had high hopes for this product. However, it simply does not work. It tingles, yes, which indicates something is going to happen, but it makes absolutely no difference to the shape or size of my lips. If anything it just makes them look a bit red and sore, but still as small as ever. I tried it a few times over a couple of days, with increasing clicks of product, but nope! Maybe it doesn't work for everyone and others may have better results, I don't know. It definitely does not work for me though.
Also, reading the feedback from the company on other reviews, I am well hydrated (drink 6-8 pints of water a day) and did the whole malarkey of applying a layer, letting it settle, applying another etc. Still doesn't work!

Avoid the the subscription
Avoid the the subscription! Ordered new collagen lip plumper, arrived and had leaked in the lid, product was awful made no difference, wasn’t even moisturising to the lips - I cannot cancel until I have received 3 deliveries!
Where is that stated on the website.
After those three deliveries I won’t be using this company again.

waste of money
i bought 2 products and they DON'T WORK!!! they just make your lips red and it burns a lot. don't buy it. also, i'll tell you what happened to me when i bought the products: Upon delivery, I was asked to pay an *additional customs fee of €17.66*, which I was not informed about at the time of purchase.
Considering that I had already paid *€44 for just two products*, I find it unfair to face unexpected charges on top of that.
Moreover, I placed my order on *April 12*, and the package arrived only *after 24 days*, despite your website stating a *3–4 business day delivery*.
I kindly request a *refund of €17.66*. and don't reply to write me an email, I've already written you many without a response. (Order number 367200)

HI Federica, as explained multiple times on e-mails, we have no influence over customs charges. Customs charges are based on countries and their allowances into the country. This is something you were made aware of during purchase if you wanted to look into the FAQ, but also this is something you are aware of can occur if you purchase from an international brand. Additionally, the parcel was stuck in customs due to you refusing to pay the customs charges, hence the delay in your parcel. We have already refunded you for your parcel which we did as a gesture of goodwill and this is something we do not do often. Thanks.

I decided to try the Ultimate Volume lip plumper and safe to safe will not do so again.
Followed the Instructions down to a T and it just made my lips red but no effect. I've tried 3 applications but it really did nothing.
Sadly it was a waste of money

Hi! We are truly sorry that you did not get the results you were hoping for. As with every beauty product, results will vary from person to person. I do have some great tips for you to maximise your results which should hopefully help with the plumping! 1. Stay hydrated! Our body stores a lot of water and the more hydrated you are the better the volumising lip plumper will interact with your lips as the capsaicin will have more of a surface to expand to. 2. Our HQ team applies 3 layers of the product and that means you apply around 3-6 clicks of the pen and wait for the serum to completely soak in before you then apply another layer, and one more layer for the most extreme plump! 3. Overline your vermillion border with the lip plumper so that the border of your lips looks more prominent.

The products work and do what they are supposed to do but they aren’t good for everyday use. The plumping feel can get too overwhelming for it to be something I’d use often. But other than that it does what it claims.
