Scam site. Bought a cheap stuffed toy from 'jadeplushies' (jadeplush.com) and was overcharged from what was quoted and then double charged within 24 hours. Months later and there is a monthly attempt to charge 39.99 USD to my card. I've cancelled the card.
SCAM - Appears very legit at first! Received cheap imitation of what was advertised then at 1:24am this morning a fraudulent charge for $39.99 showed up and of course no one can be reached. I cancelled my cc bc obviously they have a plan to continue trying to charge my card fraudulently. Beware! Wish I seen all these reviews first!
This is a scam. I wish I had seen these reviews before my purchase. I purchased a doll in December 2024 and I am still being charged every month. Nowhere on the website did it mention a subscription fee for a stuffed animal. It is NOT a direct purchase. There is no way to truly get a hold of any customer service. No option to cancel the subscription, which is illegal according to the FTC. Researching getting authorities involved.

This company Jadeplushie.com is a scam! Their charges come up under the name plushcuties and you will be charged additional charges under a name Sean. I went to purchase a 2 items that totaled $19.99. However, it listed a $3.95 item that would ship for free along with the order. Once checking out it charged $40.+ and another charge for $18.99. When contacting the company several times I received automated emails by Patrick Smith which were all replied asking for order numbers, last 4 of card used and address. I answered all of them yet have not heard from anyone! Disputed with card.
Company is a fraud. Illegally charged my credit card for merchadise I didnt order on there site and I had never been on their site. They got my credit card from affiliate company of there's, Unitedwithus.com with customer service manager of the same name on both sites, Patrick Smith and both emails come from zendesk
