Plus Marketing Trade 

Despite 26 emails and phone calls I am yet to received any of my monies back each time I complained or called I get an email asking me to confirm information I already sent , this company is a fraud And I thank God that I did not more of my hard earned money to Plusmarket otherwise I have lost my very hard earned cash to Plusmarket they are refusing to give me the money I’ve invested by each time asking for more and more details although they have all the information they need they tie you up in all kind of red tape explaining why they can’t give you your money back and it’s been going on since May and the latest one says thanks for opening an account with Plusmarket I am opening an account and l get my money back I will tell everyone and anyone that will listen about my experience with Plusmarket

Also I have never had any issues with any transactions, and staff are friendly and helpful , keeping you well notified on statuses of purchases. Although i had a hiccup with royal mail delivery, this company could not have done more to help and put things right. Even though it was nothing to do with them. 5☆ customer service. I shall be recommending them to all my friends and collegues.

The courier company that Faisal booked to deliver my order, collected it late and then wasn't going to deliver it 'next day' as promised. This was going to cause me a pretty major problem - Faisal arranged a taxi to collect the stock from the depot and got it delivered to my house within the hour. Plus Marketing is a fantastic company offering a brilliant service. I am really pleased with the product too - it's an old line but it's in excellent condition and I know it's going to sell really well. Plus I got it for a price I was very happy with. Thank you :)

My delivery went missing - it was the carriers fault. I spoke to Faisal and expressed how urgently I required the goods - he tracked it down and immediately arranged for a taxi to deliver the consignment within a couple of hours. I pre ordered some Match Attax items in August for my sons party bags, the Match Attax were only released 3 days before my sons party but Faisal kept me informed as to when they would be expected, and when they were received by plus marketing, and then when they would be delivered to me, when i explained i needed them urgently for the party on Sunday, Faisal assisted in arranging a next day SATURDAY delivery, which then arrived on time, and in time for the party, Happy son! and very happy Mum!
