No Communication...turned to dress nightmare
I was so excited to find my dream dress for $120 off the price at my local shop. I ordered it the beginning of January and received an order confirmation with no communication from PSB. I emailed and emailed for an approx. shipping date other than the vague "We will ship your order as soon as it is processed. You can now check the status of your order on our home page. Just click the check shipping status" which said I had no account or orders. I was sent this survey for my opinion on my experience, but I still had NO dress! It finally came in May, 2 1/2 weeks before the wedding.
To top it all off, when I took it to the seamstress for alterations I discovered that the skirt had 17 panels, each needing their own hem, at a cost of $350! That was more than the dress. Avoid Eden 4026! Needless to say, there was a scramble to find a new dress, lots of tears and stress at an inconvenient time. I wont order from PSB again. I hope their communication gets better...

Wow! Worst shopping expérience i ever had in my life!
I ordered my wedding dress on March 2014. They promise to deliver it on June, 3month before my wedding (august).
Do you beleive that until today i receive nothing?
Since I live in France they said they tried to deliver my dress home, but no one was there. Then they send it back to the USA!
Big liers! Not even a receipt saying they miss me home, kind of proof. No answering phone, no replying emails. Nothing!!!
Now i just want my money back.

When ordering my dresses. There was never ever any mention of shipping costs. In fact when I paid it said FREE!!! Now an invoice for £151 has just landed at my door... Can anyone offer me an explanation?????
Absolute worst online shopping experience I have ever had.
This site is awful. Customer service - there is none. Prior to ordering my bridesmaid dress I called twice and left two messages because I had a sizing question. I never got a call back so I just ordered the dress since I needed it. Months went by and i heard nothing. I called left several messages asking for updates and never revived 1 phone call back. Then another girl in the wedding party got her dress from the same site. It has stains ALL over it. She called left 4 messages and never got a call back. She took it to a professional dress cleaner out of her own pocket and had to pay for it. At this point I was so nervous. Finally I called one day and someone answer (so I never got a call back to my messages and keep in mind they charge your credit card right away). I asked for an update and they said they didn't know the status but they could call me when they did. Here is the best part - when I mentioned the wedding date (which I noted on my order) she said they don't guarantee anything even tho the estimated ship date is on there the fine print states nothing is for certain. Don't order from here it is not worth the stress or money .

This has been the ABSOLUTE worse online ordering experience! I would never recommend PS Bridal to anyone.
I believe out of my 25 times calling for a status on my projected delivery date, I have received maybe 2 calls back, at that only 1 call has been from an actual employee of this company, the other return call was from their call center to tell me someone would return my call soon....this was over 5 calls and a week ago. Needless to say, I have not received my dress yet which I was told I would receive by mid to late April, we are now entering June and still no dress. Keep in mind that the order was placed in January , which by most standards should have given a fairly large cushion of time between ordering and event. To add insult to injury my dress was discontinued by the manufacturer shortly after the bride selected our dresses and we placed our orders. So it's not like I could get the dress from another bridal salon after seeing how horrible the experience was going to be tiring to communicate with a company who seems to go MIA. The wedding is in a matter of only a couple weeks, besides being completely bummed about not having my dress, I keep thinking that the couple dollars saved was not worth the stress.
4 MONTHS AND STILL NO DRESS!
I've received the worst customer service imaginable from this company... to the point that I believe they're sham and will more than likely report them as such to my cc company. I ordered a bridesmaid dress from PSBridal.com on January 22 (for a June wedding), and was quoted 12-14 weeks for standard shipping. To verify some things initially, I attempted to contact them via phone and email repeatedly following the purchase, and it wasn't until almost a month later that I finally got a return call from some person named Jeanette (whose number is - surprise, surprise - now defunct). Fast forward to present day, May 26, almost a full month past the max quoted delivery timeline. Still no dress, and no response from the company by phone or email. I have tried to contact them again and again, for weeks, along with the other two bridesmaids (who ordered their dresses at the same time, and like me, have received nothing and gotten no response). One other bridesmaid was smart enough to order from a different place and received her dress weeks ago, so needless to say, we've been completely screwed by PS Bridal and now have to figure out what to do! Adding insult to injury, the dress is now discontinued. I understand manufacturer delays (as it seems they have used this as an excuse in the past) but this goes beyond that - a total lack of concern, care or basic customer service when they don't even have the courtesy to respond to urgent issues and at least provide a status update. My advice to anyone considering this company - DON'T DO IT. THE MINIMAL DISCOUNT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE AND STRESS, EVEN IF THE DRESS DOES EVENTUALLY ARRIVE... SMH
Internet buyers beware of fine print
Just had an exchange with customer service and to my disappointment they will not exchange a pair of shoes that because of design, need to be a 1/2 size larger than I would normally buy. This site might have a great selection of products but use caution when purchasing anything from them on the internet. Their policies are not web shopper friendly.

I love love the customer service PSBridal.com offers. I was referred by a family member who had ordered their wedding gown from PSBridal.com and told me if I couldn't find it here I probably wouldn't want to order on-line somewhere else. My dress {Jacquelin 1591005} I did find the dress on other websites but I didn't trust the websites. I found comfort in the fact that I trusted PSBridal.com and I could actual talk to a live person. The return policy is great as well and the “All our dresses are 100% original and Not knock offs or replicas as seen on many other websites” guarantee. I`m ordering my bridesmaids dresses from PSBridal.com as well. Great job keep it up!

I just received the order of bridesmaid dresses today. I ordered them on October 25 with standard delivery, and they arrived today -- January 6. They are exactly as I ordered and were delivered earlier than expected. Great customer service when I contacted the company with questions. PS Bridal is awesome!

This is the second time we used this web site. My first daughter was married in 2011 and it was a BIG wedding. She has lots of cousins and friends and we needed 9 bridesmaids dresses, but some girls were on a strict budget. She first found the dress in our local bridal shop but several girls just couldn't afford the almost $200.00 for the dress. We were skeptical when we saw it here for I think around $140.00 but after speaking to customer service we were reassured and ordered them. They came in when expected and were just PERFECT. NOW, Over the last 3 weeks we were surprised to receive our other daughters gown, 3 bridesmaid dresses AND the flower girls dress. Once again they are exactly what we ordered and her friends were excited they were able to save so much money and have their dresses with lots of time to get them fitted. THANK YOU!

I ordered a bridesmaid dress on July 2nd for an October 12th wedding. I paid $45 for the 8-9 week rush cut. After several panicked calls to PS Bridal, my dress was finally shipped on October 3rd. It was shipped 1-day express through the USPS and I had to go pick it up from the post office myself on Oct. 4th. Thanks, PS Bridal, for getting my dress to me 8 days before the wedding! I want my $45 back.

Just overall great
My sister was getting married and we just couldn't find a dress that she wanted locally. She was just going to settle on one, but mom told her she shouldn't have to settle on her wedding day. Of course, I got stuck with trying to find an online source with dresses that she would actually like. Thankfully, PSBridal popped up when a friend commented on Facebook that they had used it before. The shipping was a bit slow, but that was due to a mistake on my part. My sister absolutely loved the dress. Now... if only she could've picked a better fella lol.

I was in a bind and needed a dress in a hurry. One of the customer service reps (Jeannette), went out of her way to help me. I can honestly say I did not expect this kind of service from an online store but was pleasantly surprised! The dress arrived this morning and PSBridal saved the day! I just want to let everyone know they are a great company and I had a very good experience shopping them! Jeannette was so sweet and helpful! I would order from them again.

The dress had 2 sheaths underneath chiffon skirt... not sure why... and they were too tight and had to put a slit in one and let out through hips.

Our delivery was as promised and we saved over $80 per bridesmaid dress over the price quoted us at local bridal boutiques. the gowns are beautiful and sized just as was described to us over the phone with PlusSize Bridal. my recommendation would be to follow the recommendations on the sizing suggestions offered on the website! they are very experienced with this! - thanks again for everything!
Very slow and unable to give proper shipping dates
I ordered 6 dresses from this company. One of my bridesmaids ordered hers in October and just received it today (February 12th). Make sure you have plenty of time when you order them, otherwise they might not make it in time for alterations. I don't know if the designer is slow or what, but 4 and a half months is quite long to wait for a dress.
Customer service was prompt and helpful, but they did not give accurate dates. My mom emailed them to see when the dresses would be shipped. The customer service rep said they would arrive 10 days after the shipping date, and no dresses have arrived. It has been 16 days.
Make sure you purchase a swatch! The color of my dresses did not look anything like the websites photo. They do mention that the photos may differ, so that was my mistake, but the color is very different.
In summary, be prepared to wait a very long time for your dresses!
