Bad service

My husband had an appointment for the 7th of August and they phoned up the day before to cancel the appointment saying the Specialist was sick .
Wr phoned to make another appointment and got told their are still available for the sane day .
Had to phone the department to make dire 6 times o have to phone because they were not answering .
Only to be told their specialist was on a training day . No appointments available for 6 weeks .
Bern waiting for 10 months for an appointment. Its not. Good enough

Rang the ward bell 21 minutes until a nurse turned up they need better training seems they care more about there pay packet then there patients a lot can happen in 21 minutes poor service, they really don’t care anymore
