Very reasonable price and good craftsmanship for bathroom remodeling
We had an outdated bathroom that needed to be remodeled, and Paul offered a very reasonable price for the project. He is a true professional.
Every time he arrived, he protected our floors, and when he left, he always cleaned up the work area. He not only listened to our ideas regarding the materials and design, but also provided valuable feedback on how the design could be
improved for both appearance and functionality.
We followed his suggestions about the placement of the fan and lighting, as well as the size of the vanity. Throughout the project, he made sure we were satisfied with the work and regularly asked us to inspect completed sections. Whenever we had input or concerns, he would address them.
For example, I was concerned about a small gap between the floor tile and the wall behind the vanity. Although it would not be visible, I worried that moisture could get into the opening and eventually cause mold. I asked if it could be sealed with caulk, and Paul had no problem taking care of it.
Paul is detail-oriented. He made sure that all nail holes in the baseboards were properly covered and blended with paint. The transition line between the shower tile and the painted wall is clean and crisp. The corners and joints of the baseboards are smooth and well connected. He also carefully positioned the grab bars and towel bars to ensure they were both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
In addition to remodeling our bathroom, Paul helped us with several other small projects around the house, all at reasonable prices.
