Pleased with quality, price, and service.
Having had a flask from them before, I used them to purchase gifts for some friends and family for my wedding. Their staff communicated with me directly to help me pick out and customise what I needed. Very happy with the engraving.

Simon's attention to detail, his care and professionalism and the time he puts into everything including updates are absolutely outstanding. The flasks are serious quality and the engraving tops it all off. If you want the best customer service you have ever had in your life, go here. Really could not recommend highly enough.

Reached out to Simon over email to get two custom "hunters flasks" engraved for my wedding party because he only had one left in stock on the website. He was very helpful - he ordered additional stock, got them both engraved, and sent out to me in less than 10 days. Very communicative and friendly throughout the whole process, and I'm pleased with the result.

Note: Original item was not delivered, due to DPD incompetence, but the following support and effort went above and beyond. This gift was time sensitive, and DPD issues overcome just in time.
