Most excellent of service and brilliant self tie Union Jack bow tie that works as one would hope. Jeff replied to emails swiftly and backed up every work with action, handling and dispatching my order in exceptional time so the item arrived as soon as practically possible. Grateful for their company and how they run it.

I contacted Jeff and Valerie with a 2 week deadline, all attempts to find a well made good quality waistcoat had failed for my father of the bride husband. Their response was exemplary and we had a beautifully made and well fitting waistcoat within a few days. I cannot recommend highly enough!

I phoned on Friday and spoke to Jeff - explained that I needed a waistcoat by the following Friday. He took my order and measurements over the phone and said he would do a special delivery. I ordered a tie from The Pocketwatch Waistcoat Company, almost immediately they contacted me saying it was too late an order for Christmas and offered me a chance to cancel. I said I'd take my chances and they posted 1st class and I received it the next day. I just love this old-fashioned first-class service, the tie was excellent too.

I recently ordered from you a dragon patterned waistcoat with matching bow tie and pocket square. The set arrived last week and I gave the waistcoat its first outing the other day.
