The help desk is very responsive and super helpful. Although could do with some work on letting customers know when things such as expired cards might affect them so they can order new cards etc.

Worst thing ever ,they charge you £1.49 to get money in and out of your account. Rip off merchants

Never had a problem. However I do think being charged to transfer and withdraw is unnecessary

Customer service is great but taking 8 days to review is ridiculous only problem.

Applied for account on a bank holiday Sunday accepted and digital account and digital card on early the bank holiday Monday.
Easy to load and was instantly able to use funds.
Would definitely recommend.

I am extremely disappointed with Pockit.
My account has been showing “Review in Progress” and “Account Restricted” for over two months. During this time, I have received very little information about what is happening or how long the review will take.
I understand that financial institutions need to carry out security and compliance checks, but leaving customers waiting for months without clear updates is unacceptable. Communication has been poor, and the uncertainty has been frustrating.
I would not recommend this service to anyone who needs reliable access to their account and timely customer support. Customers deserve transparency, regular updates, and a reasonable timeframe for resolving account reviews.
Very disappointing experience.
