No accountability

I have used their service numerous times, and it always went well. Unfortunately, this last time it went very wrong. Emma ignored the two very simple instructions I provided over the telephone because she *required email confirmation* and the result was a less-than-satisfactory award and the opposite of those instructions. If they needed a reply in the moment, she could have also called me, which she did not. It would have taken her 2 minutes. Zero accountability, very disrespectful tone, and unprofessional.

Ironically, they also have a 100% satisfaction guarantee listed on their website. It means nothing, apparently.
