Very bad been waiting to long for my order he ignores and is a scammer

I want this store shut down haven’t even got my AirPods for 4 months I hope it gets shut down I want my money back right now.

The worst quality i have ever seen pls dont buy from him

14 year old son bought some pods on the 18th of Dec and have not arrived RM have sent them back to the firm no contact about a refund or re sending them out no contact or help ive emailed them 4/5 times and now tried though the site lets see what luck that brings happy to remove this if my son gets his product or his refund be mindful on buying

Honestly he will never answer u Dm when u order will not come in and I told him when my order will come in on his TikTok he deleted my comment and when I was speaking to the guy random his order came I said how did u order came and not my I order 12 October didn’t receive them and he block me from his TikTok waist of money

it’s been around a week and a half and my airpods still haven’t come . i know this may just be about the holidays but i ordered before christmas as a gift package in hope it would come before the 25th the email also said we will send you a text once it’s been shipped so i’m guessing that hasn’t happened yet. please may they respond and tell me about my enquiry . order # 1053

hi, ordered the starter bundle on december 10th, i ordered previously and the quality was great, but this shipping time without any updates is... yeh, order #1043, would love an update!

My son who is teenager and influenced by tiktok bought this crap , the seller has sent to wrong address and offered no help or support to find a solution just laughs and says YO .... I will get my sons money back but for now he has lost Xmas money and is upset. Its a shame so many scammers around. Please don't buy from him , all fake and pretend. He will probably reply to this review with lies, he is not an honest genuine person. Hope money makes him happy them 🤣

I ordered more than 2 weeks ago and i haven't received any information regarding my order. I briefly spoke to the person in charge on Insta and he told me my order would arrive the day after and nothing arrived. I also sent 5 emails to support @podplug.uk with no answers. My son order from them 11 days ago the guy assured a tracking would be sent however nothing! My son has contacted him and the guy has responded some of the time however it’s message alike “ how’s you “ and then when my son asks when the delivery is coming then no response! I have heard his delivery’s take awhile however paid extra for quick delivery? Perhaps the seller can give us and update today the order is #1143, if I don’t get a response could someone advise on where else to report this so it doesn’t keep happening to other people fraud/scammer?

I ordered the starter pack for £113 on the 26th and i paid £9 for next day delivery i understand they get alot of orders but a reply on the email would be nice i also commented on a tiktok but my comment was deleted and was just wondering if i could get a update on order #1061 as this is all my money gone and i also borrowed my freinds and i need to pay him back so anything would be great just got a reply e instagram have been told it will be shipping tomorrow so will update when it comes

Robbed me as I bought so many pairs and wanted to start reselling and the order didn't come and I'm still waiting as it's been 4 months.NEVER BUY FROM THIS SCAM SHOP AND MY FRIENDS ALSO GOT SCAMMED.WHEN I TRIED TO CONTACT,STAFF BLOCKED ME AND INSULTED ME.
